I'm just glad the 49ers don't have to have Henry. If he was playing I'd rate the Niners chances at no better than 50-50

If Henry was playing I'd put our chances at 20-30.

stopping their Run is key, if we can get them in 3rd & longs ..then tannehill gonna tannehill

I don't think the 49ers are going to change a thing. The Titans know what's coming. They get to face the hottest QB in all of football right now and a rushing attack that is steamrolling through opposing defenses. I don't think Kyle is going to deviate from this attack by one iota.

It's up to the Titans to stop it. Let's see if they are up to the task. Only one team really has stopped the 49er rushing attack. Seattle did it. Somehow, they figured out a way to stop it or at least slow it down.

No other team has come up with an answer that really worked during the course of an entire game.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. He's definitely the sexiest if that's what you meant, but he's not the hottest playing QB in the league. Definitely up there but he's not Rodgers or Mahomes right now. They set their standard so high that a 300 yd 3 TD performance is meh coming from them

With regards to Green Bay (since I don't know too much about KC) they seem to be more of a passing one dimensional team vs an offense like the 49ers. Possibly the same can be said of KC. In other words these teams are so good at passing that running is an afterthought. That could bite them in the buttocks in the playoffs. I still remember Mostert running over Green Bay to the tune of 220 yards on the ground because our defense just teed off on Aaron and sacked him three times.

I like the kind of offense that Kyle's put together, and I think it will wear well in the playoffs. It's an all weather offense, and that defense is growing to be a perfect match to that kind of offense.

As for the Titans, it's a must win game and anytime you can force a team to be one dimensional like the 49ers did with Atlanta, it's going to be a lot easier to play *both* offense and defense in those types of games. Turnover will be *Key.*

That Henry guy is an amazing athlete. I think he's around 250-260 lbs and runs a 4.5 forty and strong as an ox.

I agree, and I'm glad the 49ers aren't playing him, for sure. Just for this game, if he was playing, I'd rather the 49er defense go with a Narrow 9 instead of the Wide 9, just to deal with this guy.

Dude almost hit 22 (21.8) mph this year on a run earlier this year. Tyreek Hill and Raheem Mostert fastest mph is just over 23. Henry is the only RB in the NFL that should get payed

We average like 12 more rushing yards a game compared to the packers. That doesn't really seem one dimensional to me. Jones and Dillion are pretty good. The packers are definitely not one dimensional.

On an earlier post I had forgotten that he gained 2000 yards in a season. That's an amazing feat in this pass happy era. Then on second thought, that may be why teams that focus on the run are having success. Teams are so used to defending passes that they aren't ready for a strong running game.

I think Titans losing Henry is like us losing Deebo. Sucks for them, but I'll take it. I'm sure the Seahawks don't want a rematch with us with Deebo Healthy.

Both Deebo and Henry - I agree - they will get payed. As in with a capital P, *PAYed!*

You may be right, because I don't watch much football outside of the 49ers.

Having said that, just eyeballing the stats (no calculations), it looks like the 49ers average closer to 200 yards per game on the ground vs Green bay which averages closer to just above 100 yards on the ground. When I say this offense is more all weather, it's more of a run based ground attack that works in the rain, wind, heat or cold. Whereas passing based offenses - can be affected by the weather. Now if you have the weather against you *and* you are facing a very good pass defensive team, that's double trouble for teams that have a one dimensional passing offense. It just seems to me that Green Bay seems to have a problem with strong run teams like the 49ers that can go into Lambeu Field and run them over in the playoffs.
Yes. Paid with a capital P.
Titans have a very good DLine, so Jimmy G. will not have enough time to make those throws, unless he keeps moving in the pocket like the Atlanta game. Who knows.

Hope Kyle continues to run. This is a very tough game, no real time to rest or practice or recoup.

Their pressure and sack rate is slightly below the Bengals so we have experience dealing with it.
