I don't see the bold part happening. Seattle don't have a first and why Watson would go there? I think Watson will be either a Panther or a Dolphin.
As for Wilson, I think he goes to Denver or New Orleans. His agent said that he would strongly consider those two and NY, but the NY move is lateral at best, if you consider only the football aspect.
I'm more curious to see what will happen in Minnesota, Green Bay and Cleveland.
This is a team that is ready. I wonder who they realistically end up with. Kirk Cousins?
You think Jimmy would want to go there?
Wussell going to New Orleans is scary as f**k.

Saints are already 62mil over the 2022 cap with only 40 players. Would love to see the salary cap gymnastics they'd have to pull off to add Wilson, get under the cap and still have a top team.
If they manage it then you just have to tip your cap to them, but it would be interesting to watch.

It's going to be funny seeing the midget in another uniform. Hope he's out of our division.

The entire galaxy knows we won´t eat his 27M and that means that no one is gonna trade something for him because we will release him.
He has no trade value.

Your probably right - but, it's still fun speculating.

while I tend to agree, the argument for a trade is that a future team would take his $27M/1 year and convert it to $35M/3 years. It's probably what he's make on the FA market and if a team was concerned they'd miss out, they may make a deal. A team with a dedicated run game and defense (PIT, NO, CLE, WAS).
I think everyone understands he's not worth $27M/1 year but I'm sure there will be a market for a 2 or 3 year deal. So a trade happens if there's a concern from teams that he'll have multiple suitors.

Saints always magically get under the cap and sign people. They were like $100m over and did some cooking of the books, boom they're under

Ryan Tannehill is an example of how someone will always take a flyer on a QB with potential but has some flags associated with them.
If I was the NY Giants, WFT, Saints or Texans (post-Watson trade), I'd trade a 3rd or a 6th and conditional 2023 (2nd thru 4th) pick for Jimmy G. And extend him for 1-2 more seasons to soften the cap hit.
I think he could be a great fit on WFT or Saints, but he could be a locker room hero for the rebuilding Texans.

There is zero chance Jimmy accepts that 3 year deal lol.

Are you suggesting shorter or longer?

If any team trades for him he is guaranteed $27M 1 year. Because no team is going to give up assets just to cut him. So he's not going to lock himself up for another 2 years and $8M. He is very likely to get that on the FA market after his 1 year is up. They would have to bring like another $30M guaranteed to the table for him to sign an extension.

I'd be willing to bet that Jimmy has trade value and will net us more than what you think.
