What will Jimmy's trade value be in the offseason?

Guys, it's pretty clear Shanalynch would rather have Jimmy on the team backing up Lance more than a couple 2's. They clearly have no problem bringing back the same QB room for another season.

He might remain on the team by the start of next season. He might not. But Trey Lance will be the starting QB.

Fans might have to wait until Jimmy is healthy and throwing the ball again. The point is, we don't know. I hope we don't have to wait that long, but it might be a long wait. The 49ers are not going to let Jimmy Garoppolo go for a pittance. He's worth far more than that. The 49ers know this. They will wait until they get the right offer. Who makes that offer and when the offer is made are questions that are yet to be answered.

I still can't imagine how he isn't released.

If the 9ers didn't take two 2's the staff should be fired. I don't see how they can get any more than that. Imo they should take one 2

If Ryan gets trade to the Colts that will leave NO and ATL as possible landing spots for Jimmy. If he goes to either of those teams he'll be in a similar situation that he was this past season since both teams will probably pick a QB in the 2023 draft. My guess is they would give him a 2 year extension.

I just hope it's not with the 49ers. That would create a toxic locker room. He would have his group of supporters and Lance would have his group. Horrible for Lance's development. Imo you can't bring Jimmy into training camp

I can't imagine that the Falcons, who everyone expects to be eating a chunk of Matt Ryan's salary if moved, would be willing to give a big contract to Jimmy. No logic behind that IMO.

New Orleans gonna just wait for Winston to get healthy, they know they can sign him whenever. Panthers are gonna draft a QB and Baker who gives a s**t maybe ends up in Seattle.

This was the off season if there ever was one to move Jimmy...almost a dozen teams that needed a starting QB and a horrible draft, SF either overplayed their hand or didn't even get a offer.

I'll be f**king pissed as s**t if we're watching Jimmy and Lance split reps in camp and Jimmy is playing on a $27M cap hit
