I agree and it should not be a swing one way or the other. But I am with you, a win with Trey and a convincing one would get me thru the entire off-season. I will have the game recorded and can watch over and over thru the long off-season and be thrilled for what's to come.

I hope it's Trey. I hope all the luck in the world is on his side and Jimmy can be Jimmy somewhere else. The housewives of Denver can swoon over him while we grow the position at QB.

I'd start Trey no matter what state Jimmy is in. We know he isn't 100% and he won't be. For Shanahan's career it's best to start Lance. People won't get on him for starting a rookie he paid a lot of capital for and lose, versus if he starts a lame duck QB who isn't fully healthy and he Brett Favres it in the worst sense of the phrase.

Or maybe surprise everyone and alternate them like against the Lions and Packers. But I'd just prefer TL. Yeah it's a lot of pressure versus a good team. So what.

If our defense is 100% healthy with Ward, Williams, Greenlaw, and Eman all suiting up...then lets go with Trey.

Obviously true but they would be the underdog in every game. They would need to play perfectly to make it all the way. That's unlikely with an injured JG and a rookie QB. Jimmy says the thumb is still really sore so I don't know how he';s going to be able to grip the ball and nit fumble when he gets hit. I'll take a healthy Trey over an injured JG. Even when healthy there ar ethings Jimmy can't do that Trey can. The reverse is also true. The passing yards from either one would probably be about the same. Go with the healthy guy.

Lance. Purely for health reasons.

Like Jimmy said in a forum cover page story "f**k it hurts" I guess that tells the story

I doubt Jimmy plays but I think the chance of him playing went up today.
