Here in SC, it's rare to reach 100 and you can count on one hand how many times it hits 90 degrees for the entire year. What creates the heat is the sun and that there's no wind. The wind only comes in the morning and evenings.

the stadium is .5 a mile or less from the water. It doesn't really get that hot here. it's just the sun.. which i've been cooked at the Stick and Oracle park also
Thanks, I don't live out there. I was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area but moved to Florida when I was 11, so I'm not familiar with the climate of central CA. Just going by the complaints from fans. I understand they couldn't add a canopy because they're near an airport and there's height restrictions?
The stadium is too tall to add anything that will go above where they are currently at (supposedly)
The Rams developers took our mistake and built the stadium in the ground to counter the height restriction next to the airport. Bad thing about that is the Rams can't have grass.
