The turning point.

Still can't believe we are here, we were 1:27 away from not only the end of our season, but very possibly the end of the Jimmy G era in the bay.

I don't know what's gonna happen, but I'm proud of this team and the coaching staff, they've been grinding all season.

At one point from week 3 to week 9, we had lost 4 in a row and 5 of 6. We looked done. This team rallied. Since week 10 we are 7-2 with our only losses to our nemesis Seattle and a field goal loss to the AFC #1 seed Titans in Tennessee on a Thursday night.

There's a childlike enthusiasm about this team and it's reinvigorated my passion for the Niners. Seeing how our fans have showed out in droves on the road tells me I'm not the only one.

I believe the turning point was the OT win in Cincy, it put us over .500 and cemented us as actual contenders.

I also attribute our resurgence to Kyle, I think he deserves a ton of credit. After the Tennessee loss he told the team he was proud of them. Maybe a small thing, but to me it showed he read the room and knew the guys were beat and had been busting their tail to get back in contention.

Couple that with how he has handled The Jimmy/Trey issue and it's even more impressive. This season has been his finest coaching job IMO. He's a good one.

In your opinion who, or what was responsible for our resurrection?

Thanks.

Someone post a pic of the Jimmy G emphatic TD spike vs the Bears
The turning point, imo, started Monday night against the Rams. We went on a 3 game winning streak starting that night and dominated TOP in all 3 games.
Ask after our next SB victory
This team was dead in the f**king water after blowing it against Colt McCoy at home. I was ready to throw in the towel. I am sure I wasn't alone

Then they destroyed the Rams next week when everyone doubted them. And Kyle switched it up by using Deebo as a running back. Coincidently though, they started heading into the easier part of the schedule. But that being said, this team is hot at the right time now.

And as healthy as they have been this season.
...was when mayo49's tingle tingled.

When Bosa sacked Stafford at the end of the first half to give us a chance to get the first field goal, it all went our way from there ... mostly
