ill be honest i think the cold weather benefits SF with out physicality.
GB allows 4.7 Yards per rush 3rd worst in the league
Yup...I'm thinking we can really blow them off the ball. Green Bay is lucky we don't have Mostert because I'd predict some 20+ yard TDs.
Mitchell is a nice surprise replacement for Mostert. I know if we had Mostert, Green Bay would be experiencing PSTD throughout the whole week.

I think GB is going to do everything they can to stop the run. It will leave holes for our passing game.
I mean that's every team in the NFL vs SF for years...thing is they're not good at stopping the run regardless. Big issue is can you keep the scoring in check on the other side? If Rogers goes off early, you're gonna have to put the ball in Jimmy's hands way more than you want too.
SF's D held the #1 offense to 17 points...gonna need all hands on deck though. Bosa needs to play.

Defensively i expect a better game compared to week 3.
Had our defense been playing the way it has been i think we woulda have won week 3

Packers are s**tting their pants right now. You can damn well be sure that the 49ers are the last team they wanted to be playing. LETS f**kING GO!!!

It's tough to gauge the Packer defense based upon recent performances. They've been up and down over the past 1.5 months, sure, but they're also getting some top-level talent back for this match-up.
Last year Pro-Bowler, OLB Za'darius Smith, has been back practicing the past couple weeks and is expected to return, his first playing time since opening weekend. Another 2020 Pro-Bowler, CB Jaire Alexander, is also expected to return following recovery from his week 4 shoulder injury. Yet another pass rush veteran, OLB Whitney Mercilus, is also expected to return giving the Packers another quality depth/rotational piece.
The return of these three players will certainly improve the defense and allow DC Joe Barry to present new twists and schemes. Gauging this defense upon recent performance may not produce a very accurate depiction of what they'll present on Saturday.

That's the daytime high. Kickoff is roughly 2.5 hrs after sunset. Game time temps will be closer to 10 than 20.

Haha yeah, that is an actual fan base. They'll protect their tickets.
god could you imagine that we beat the cowboys and the pack in the same playoffs, IN THEIR HOUSE!!
god as a fan, what more can we ask for? This is what all of us wanted. Regardless what happens against GB - what a fun season as a fan of the 49ers
If that were to happen, the teenage boy in me would smile. So much pain.

I was too young when all of that happened, so I've been waiting for us to beat the cowboys in the playoffs, literally my entire life. Lol what a great f**king feeling

I'm hoping the league wants a Brady/Jimmy G NFCCG
No, this is about Mahomes vs. Rodgers. The league has been trying to make this happen for three years now. I don't think the Chiefs get past Buffalo, though.
I don't think "the league" would look so good with the Rodgers, the vaccine status liar, in the SB. Although I personally agree with Rodgers making adult decisions for himself, I don't think he's a good league poster child this season. Niners - Bills
Finally the Bills-Niners Super Bowl. Let's keep the 90s theme going.

The Saturday night scheduling has nothing to with the league office "hatred" for the 49ers or any of the other Allen/Brady/Mahomes/Rodgers favoritism nonsense. It's a simple matter of tonight's winner coming off a MNF game. There was no way the league was gonna schedule the MNF winner to then turn around and have to play on a 5-day rest week next Saturday. The league schedules an AFC/NFC pairing for each of Saturday/Sunday division match-ups so, by relative default, the MNF winner was gonna play on Sunday.
No conspiracy, just common sense.
If the 49ers don't wanna be in this position, win more regular season games.
Facts. I hate it, but you can't put the Rams/Arizona winner on a Saturday game. We left a lot of wins on the table and could be in a completely different position. Green Bay, Tennessee, and if we had been better in the secondary in the Arizona game Colt McCoy started. There's the number 1 seed right there.

I feel bad for San Francisco this isn't the same team that met Green Bay in 2013. Mike McCarthy and his indecisiveness is gone. You don't have Colin Kaepernick you don't have Navarro Bowman you don't have many of the pieces of the puzzle to get over this hump. You don't have a secondary that can fit Green Bay. It's possible you could slow the run. And Jimmy garoppolo is not a good match to Rogers or Green Bay's defense. You're basically in a position to risk everything and lose nothing.
Are you Rip Van Winkle and slept through the 2019 season?

That's funny because I want some revenge on Green Bay for the loss in week 3.

Can they call holding on the Packers O-line this time!!! Holy s**t it was frustrating as hell seeing their O-line bear hugging Bosa.
