SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at GREEN BAY PACKERS - 2021 Season Divisional Round

The Niners also blocked a FG that would have put them up 10-0. Both teams had their share of drops and missed blocks. Both QBs were pressured. I actually think it was a well played game considering the weather conditions. There weren't a ton of penalties either. It's another game out of several down the stretch that could have gone either way. I'm just happy that they've been going the Niners way. I worry that the next one will go the other way. These close games are killing me.

I genuinely believe that if it was a more mild weather game, we would of beat the brakes off of them.

it wasnt really a matter of "jimmy isn't capable of throwing, so load the box to stop the run", they knew that we would struggle throwing regardless - just like Rodgers did. Outside of one drive, they looked similar to us. Just their stats are prettier cause it was small completions.

the packers loaded the box to stop our run cause they knew that it would be really difficult to have a passing game in that weather - it Made more sense to make sure they stop the run. I was very impressed with GB D line last night

Gotta also show some love to Dontae Johnson. Not too bad man. Helped solidify the secondary yesterday.

Same with Ward, I'd see him slide down to defend Adams too.

Indeed. Glad they came thru and held green bay to 58 yards in the 2nd half. If i remember correctly

Who is the player screaming: "I think we ain't done yet?"

Anyone?

It's Fred.

Is Twitter different for anyone else now?? As of a couple weeks ago whenever I click on a Twitter link it takes me to the page to create a Twitter account. Like I can't see posts without a Twitter account. Is it doing that for anyone else

This is a semi-new feature. They want people to create Twitter accounts. Here's a way to get around it if you're using Safari: browse in private mode.

Yeah, but it's just a pop up. Look in the upper left corner and there's an x that closes it and allows you to see the tweet.
I couldn't take it. I turned off the TV after the 4th down stop.

My wife went into the bedroom to watch it and said we're football divorced.

I started organizing my desk for taxes.

My nephew texted me "OMG were still in this!!!!" Blocked punt/TD- .05% chance of ever happening.

I turned it back on and watched the last 5 minutes….alone.

I slithered back to my wife for the Gould kick.

This year's Niners, man. Wow.

Did anyone else think Aikman was fantastic this game? He was very honest and gave great insight into the game as it played out.

I remember when he said Jimmy had some guys one on one on the outside, but played it safe which may be wise given the weather and pas rush etc.

I thought it was great commentary.

Agree and a lot better than Romo last week.

Aikman is a solid color commentator.

Joe Buck even made some great calls. Buck's call on the blocked punt was appropriately enthusiastic/surprised and then Aikman did a great job praising Willis for his remarkable effort.

Aikman's scream of "WOW!" gave me goosebumps.

No problem for me using both chrome and firefox on a linux pc and not logged into twitter. Works on my ipad in safari but opens it in twitter app where I am already signed in. Hope you get it figured out.

This is hilarious! I have to be honest, my Niner crew down here in Orange County, CA have been saying since the Rams game Niners are done. Even the Dallas game and GB Game. Next game too. In the 4th quarter, we were texting each other "it was a great season...welcome in Trey."

Gotta keep the reverse jinx going! LOLOL Niners so dead on the next game again. Go Niners!
