I've been reading and listening to sports talk show about how the Rams will beat the Niners and how much better the Rams are than the Niners and how much better the Rams are since the two teams last played. And of course how the Niners can't/won't beat the Rams three straight times this season. I decided to see just what the stats from the last game between these two were and whadda ya know. Even though the Niners had only three points at halftime, the game ending stats were eye opening. Jimmy G had almost 200 more yards passing than Stafford. Niners had almost 100 yards more rushing.
Mitchell 21 - 85yds
Deebo 8 - 45yds
Aiyuk 6 catches 107yds
Deebo 4 - 95
Jennings 6 - 94
Kupp 7 - 118
next closest Higbee 6 - 55
Michel 21 - 43
Kupp 1 - 18
Akers 5 - 3 (0.6ypc)
I don't see how the Niners DONT win Sunday‼️
The Niners defense shows up AND Jimmy G gets it done 😎

Man sports media can be so toxic and weak sometimes. Clearly they only brought Garcia on to get clicks and get views (which worked). He explained his thoughts about how his comments weren't sexist (which I didn't believe they were either the first time I read his comment) and THEY in the vid even agreed with him so they then fall back on the "if I was never a NFL QB I can't have an opinion?"
If she can have an absolutely garbage take on a national sports station then he can 100% say your analysis doesn't matter to me because you don't know the intricacies of the position. Don't really understand how her colleagues and friends don't see that. And even though she's a Seattle fan I love following Mina, she has an awesome passion about football but her take was a typical clickbait attention-seeking comment that I didn't expect from her since she hasn't really followed the trends of what others say.

It ain't about that. Jeff was trying to get a career on TV. Did NBC Sports Bay Area for a while, not sure if he's still there. He has the ability to talk about football from various points of view, from experience.
He f**ked with that career just to defend Jimmy in a fanboy way. I wouldn't be surprised if the team kept its distance from him for a time being.
He could have easily defended Jimmy, with a choice set of words.
Then when he had an opportunity to clear things up and do the o'l "sorry for any misunderstanding, but this how I feel about the subject"... he just doubles down to please fanboys (it's actually the insecure male crowd, but that's for another discussion). Sure was worth it Jeff.
One of the easiest things you can do in life, and get what you want.....or get out of s**t, is by genuinely apologizing.
But some think trying be tough all time is the secret to life....lol.
"You're a Beta!"
"I'm an Alpha! The internet said so"
Because you agree with her you don't understand what he was objecting to. Could he have said it a bit better, probably, but I think his point was well taken in this particular instance. His complaint was only incidentally about Jimmy. The bigger issue for him I think was her lack of respect for the game and its players or the kind of brutal physicality it takes to compete at that level. If you have actually watched the original video and don't understand that there is nothing I can say that will make it clearer.
I commented on it when it first happened. I don't like watching these sports personalities... or these ex-players who sell out to do clown s**t for tv producers.
Said if Mina was my daughter, I'd tell her don't copy what your male peers are doing just because they get away with the b******t. Be your own person.... but hey she took the approach she did... the responses come with the territory. Regardless if it's "fair" or not.
What ever decision Mina made had nothing to do with what Jeff has been trying to do with the rest of his career before that day he chose to say stupid s**t... he got himself involved in the b******t. All he had to do was change certain words, and he could have still got his point off while embarrassing Mina if he wanted to. But imo, you're not gonna win an argument regarding Jimmy, if someone does their research....so that is why I say, defending Jimmy in a fanboy way is not worth losing credibility on.

I hope so. Niners are playing good physical ball that has overcome some bad playcall or poor execution at times, especially in the playoffs. I'd feel better if Trent Williams wasn't gimpy. We need to be to run early, but Kyle needs to get out of his own way and not be completely predictable. For example, clearly the Rams are going to sell out against the run, so why not come out with a PA pass? Not a deep pass but some short to medium over the middle to Kittle or to the flats or a crossing route; something relatively safe just to force the Rams to think pass early on defense. We didn't do that against GB and were predictable--and dropped 3 passes early.
Oh yeah, and someone needs to keep Bad Jimmy locked up at home on Sunday so Good Jimmy can stay on the field for 4 quarters.😂

I'm expecting a big game from our LB crew and K'waun since the slot position will be a huge factor in this game.

Want the LA market to succeed so bad they will pull all the stops to make sure the Rams advance to the Superbowl come Sunday. I hope my instincts are wrong N we win convincingly but idk just seem the Faithful will once again feel blue all off-season long. Another let down. All that hard work down the drain N for what NOTHING!!!!
Can we ease it a bit with the conspiracy theories? The NFL could have tilted the field in favour of the Rams in 2018 and they didn't. They could have f**ked Philadelphia in favour of Brady in 2017 and they didn't. Our SB loss was on us - we had the ball 10 points up at the start of the 4th quarter. We choked. The NFL could have pushed their darling Mahomes last year and didn't.
I can easily spin a theory on how the 49ers are a much, much better draw for the SB than the Rams. Historic team, MASSIVE international following especially in the lucrative UK market (Exhibit A, right here), narratives up the arse for the two weeks leading to the SB (will they keep Jimmy? will Lance see action? Is Lance a bust if he doesn't?). Plus both our potential SB matchups are great for narratives: revanche vs Mahomes, or revival of the Cincy games - 40 years since the first one, plus 39 seconds to John Taylor and Rice's ridiculous night never gets old.
Worry about the refs being muppets rather than biased. I do - this crew is hilariously inept as are most NFL crews. Just hope that all the mistakes are a wash in the end. Or, better, hope we score TDs in our first four possessions and turn this into a laugher. Takes it out of the refs hands, and it would be good for our hearts.

Exactly. The universal excuse from all Niners fans. "We weren't supposed to be here anyways"…

I truly believe though that Goddell has a vendetta towards San Francisco, maybe Jed did something behind the scenes but something just doesn't add up. They fixed the Superbowl vs Baltimore N sure as hell got short end of the stick vs KC 2 years ago. I just don't see us overcoming anything as long as Goddell is running the show.
I pray it's my imagination N we handle business on Sunday but I won't be surprised if you see flags galore this Sunday or obviously non calls on our Dline eventually dictating the final outcome of the game in favor of LA.
For sure the refs are going to call offensive holding and defensive pass interference on the niners. Maybe even a roughing the passer.
This officiating crew called the MOST penalties in the NFL this year meanwhile the KC CINN refs have called the LEAST amount of penalties. Go figure.
They will also miss calls on the Rams defense, especially holding on Bosa.
This will almost certainly either cost us the game or at least make it a game. Before the typical response of...well the niners have to be that much better to overcome the BS and lopsided calls....that's b******t. It's very hard to consistently whip a top 5 team with a cushion for bad calls when both teams are almost equal
I thought I read that the head ref led the league in called penalties, but he's not working this game with his regular crew. Rather it's a mix of refs that are chosen performance based. So that might quell the excess calls…

Him and Ramsey are the same, they are such prima donnas. They just think they are the second coming. That's why they can't beat the 9ers. They just don't have that mental fortitude. They are weak, they get frustrated easily and will start picking fights with their own teammates.
It will be so sweet to see AD and Ramsey celebrating after the Rams dominate the Niners. It's time to put you cocky bastids in your place among the excrement and used needles....
