I can't believe we reached the Conference Championship with Jimmy as our starter.

2 healthy seasons here 2 NFCCG appearences

I think there's going to be pressure the next 2 years for Shanahan to get nack to the championship game. If he did it twice with Jimmy, but can't do it with Trey, and to add to that his record without jimmy

He f**ked with that career just to defend Jimmy in a fanboy way. I wouldn't be surprised if the team kept its distance from him for a time being.

He could have easily defended Jimmy, with a choice set of words.

Then when he had an opportunity to clear things up and do the o'l "sorry for any misunderstanding, but this how I feel about the subject"... he just doubles down to please fanboys (it's actually the insecure male crowd, but that's for another discussion). Sure was worth it Jeff.

One of the easiest things you can do in life, and get what you want.....or get out of s**t, is by genuinely apologizing.

But some think trying be tough all time is the secret to life....lol.

"You're a Beta!"

"I'm an Alpha! The internet said so"

you can easily disagree with her take on jimmy without being an ass. also, is no one allowed to comment on the qb position if you've never played? hes so stupid, maybe cte?

You can comment but, like Jeff said your comments are meaningless because you've never been there so you really have no clue what you're talking about.

Also, screw mina kimes, she's just a bitter Seahawks fan...

Of course you can comment, but you ARE fair game to have your opinion destroyed by someone who's actually played the QB position. Media people want to sling mud but don't want any mud slung back at them. Nah it don't work that way.

Also with $25M I don't think Jeff needs the media. Maybe he tried it but didn't like it, so doesn't care about taking his "media career".

To be playing the Rams in their stadium and with the Rams having names like Donald, OBJ, Von Miller, Cupp, Ramsey, Stafford, etc. it just makes for a perfect storm. This 49ers team defines "team" and you can see it in their play and how they react to each other. Watch after the play in how they pick each other up and react to one another. They truly are the ones that are counted out, yet find a way to come right back. Their play may be ugly at times, but an ugly win is better than a pretty loss any day of the week. Go ask the Bucs, Titans, and Bills. What a great stage that is being set for tomorrow. Something that doesn't seem to get much talk is that I look forward to our safety play. Ward, EMans, Tartt have been playing together for years and communicate well. Add rookies Huff and Ambry and I don't think our back end is as bad as most think. I think they are overlooked because of past lineups with Norman and Johnson in because of injuries. Also, can't wait to see how we counter-punch the pass rush by running right at them. I hope to see Ramsey play extremely aggressive and we use that to our advantage. I believe we're coming out slinging and swinging.

Nice post

1 more wakeup.
Kittle let's get savage tomorrow

Disagree with mina but the "you can't criticize a QB unless you've been a QB" is one of the f**king dumbest arguments you can make

The issue w Kimes is also she implied Jimmy didn't work hard with that group project analogy! That is what ticked Garcia off and should tick off any teammate of Jimmy! U can criticize his performance but to say he is a slacker!!

Football is more than just stats. That's what a lot of these analysts don't get. You can't just look at the numbers, you have to look at the style of play, pace, and you have to look at individual matchups. How do you quantify a toughness differential?

Queue up clip of ramsey diving fullspeed into deebo and deebo barely notices

Bump because this is a rare great take by someone in the national media

I wanna see a huge game from him tomorrow. I'm talking well over 100 yards receiving. But damn idk if it'll happen if Trent doesn't play.

Yeah that was unfair. I only agreed with her saying they're winning with him.
Aren't you all worried about running Deebo as a RB as Kyle has been the past three games? He's getting roughed up and is bound to get hurt. I hope this is the last season we do this. And man do we miss a healthy Jeff Wilson. I hope E. Mitchell has the game of his life tomorrow.

Good for Jeff for not backing down! Mina's opinion means zero to me! These clowns wanted him to apologize? For what? Jeff is a 4 time pro bowl QB, I wanted to hear his opinion on the NFC Championship, not this garbage! That is why I listen to KNBR not this trash.
