Put up points (early and often), thereby forcing the Rams into a one-dimensional offensive unit and win the TO battle. I don't think STs will play much of a role in this one, one way or the other. 35-27 type game--toss up.

I think Rams will be one dimensional without trailing on the scoreboard. They're going to have a tough time running the ball against the 49er front 7 and will abandon the run at some point. 49ers do need to stop the run without an extra man in the box so both safeties can help their CBs. Rams WRs and TE are dangerous.

It's so funny lmao we're already in their heads and the week is just starting 🤣

Well s**t fellas. We have a damn good shot to make the super bowl. This will basically be a home game for us. Niner fans took over Sofi last time and this will draw out even more niner fans.

There are reports on twitter that Niners fans are already scooping up mass tickets and Rams fans feel like they are being priced out.
Hello, hello - been a long time 49er fan.....its been a crazy year. I had NO CLUE the 49ers would be in the final four. Was just happy with the week 18 victory over Rams to make the Wild Card really.

The 49ers pass rush in 2022 has been the best in the playoffs/NFL and they needed every bit of it against the Packers. Now for the Rams, they'll need the defense to continue that level of disruption. They dont want to have a game like the end of the regular season where they need a miracle comeback - they want to get a leg up earlier like the Cowboy game. They certainly do need to play better offensively than the Packer game - specifically the offensive line.....lets face it Jimmy G is a game manager - for better or for worse. He just needs no TOs and throw for 200 yards and a couple TDs - mainly NO dumb plays!. For the passion of the team, I think they have a good shot at making the SuperBowl. They are this years true underdog, and they cannot be complacent. I would not overlook the Rams - they have a defense at least equal or better to the 49ers and a better QB and slot receiver. I think its gonna be a close game, and having Gould will be big. GO NINES!

I was telling the Mrs. the same thing. "We're already in their heads and we haven't played a down yet."
Does anyone going to the game need a hotel. Have room with King bed and free breakfast. 15 mins away from the stadium.

Welcome!

Good summary. 49ers and Rams know each other backwards so 49ers can focus on getting rest this week in the build up to the game.

Would be nice to have Mostert.....no chance at his return these playoffs? Saw he had surgery in September, but 4 months sounds like too short a time.
