Brady had a pretty good year. He still has enough in the tank to lead us to the promise land. Trey will hopefully be with the team for 10-15 years so one more year isn't so bad.
I would take a shot at a Ring with Brady. Brady and Kyle duo would blow McVay Stafford out the water.

Trey. Even though he didn't play in the playoffs. I actually think it was pretty beneficial Trey got an extra three weeks of practice before entering the offseason.
In the offseason you hand him all the first team reps in OTA's/Mini Camps and go from there.

They Sunk a Ton into Trey Lance, it has to be Trey.
If they need years of stop gap QBs because Trey can't lead the team yet, they probably made a mistake in that draft.
With the scripted run heavy offense, I am sure Trey will be fine, and I for one will welcome the fresh change. I am sure a young QB will make the mistakes young QBs make, but at least we will be rooting for the future.

I'd want Rodgers, but no way in hell the team could make it happen. It would literally be a dream scenario for both sides, though. He would get to play for his childhood team for the last few years of his career, would be all but guaranteed a Super Bowl each year he played, and trey would gain the benefit of another couple of years learning from a four time MVP.

Brady is done playing. But I don't want them to force Lance to be under center if he truly isn't ready. So I'd take Rodgers if that's the case.

Unless Brady happens to unretire and only wants to play for the 49ers then let Lance get out there, take his bumps and see if he can be the playmaker that Shanahan, Lynch and the entire 49ers fanbase hope he can be.
