Get that money free up so we can sign a top Edge rusher. As for Jimmy look it's not worked great. But he done his job. For a second round pick paying him under 30M a season wasnt bad. But get him off the books. We need a RG, Center and Edge rusher we free up his payments right now.

How about some defensive backs that can guard receivers like Kupp & Adams... we have invested PLENTY into our Dline already

Been fun. Hope we do right by him. And hope he doesn't beat us in the playoffs or super bowl.

He did the best he could for us. He has a lot of heart and wins a lot. But of course he has flaws and drawbacks too. He always kept fighting and mostly won. Regular season and playoffs both. I wish him the best wherever he goes. I hope we get some decent trade compensation for him too.

If he didnt cost $25m+ he would definitely be back. But barring a restructure, there's no way we keep him

Jimmy is a good leader, a class act, and somewhere around an average QB. His time here had some great memories, some frustrating lows, and pretty much everything in between. I thought he was going to be the next great Niner QB after 2017, but he failed to live up to that hope. We won a lot or regular season games with him playing, and lost a lot due to his inability to stay healthy. Was a rollercoaster, but it was mostly fun.

Good luck on your next team, Jimmy. I just hope it isn't Pittsburgh, Oakland or any other team I despise because I don't want to have to root against you for the rest of your career.

Loved the ride! Feel he is being replaced mainly because of durability, but it is indeed time to move on. Wish him nothing but the best and hopefully he can stay healthy and have a productive career.
