Call me crazy... But I'm not sold on Mitchell.. I think he's a good back but not a great back. I'd like to see an upgrade at HB.
Secondary help! Absolutely needed. I'd like a better play maker at safety and a solid corner.
Wr help... We have Debo and he's amazing. But he's 26 and will wear down with his style of play. I'd like to see a big bodied 6-3 fast wide out added to this team.
O-line help.. the right side needs to be addressed. Looks like we wiffed on Banks big time.. The Rt needs an upgrade, gaurd play as well.. And we need to look for Macks future replacement.

Biggest offseason priorities (from most important to least important):
1. Trade Jimmy ASAP so we can get started on developing Trey as the #1 ASAP
2. Sign a veteran corner that would be a starter on this team.
3. Extend Deebo
4. Address right side of OL.
5. Sign veteran QB to back up Trey.
6. Retain as many free agents as possible, address holes accordingly.
Honestly 1 and 2 might be enough to get this team over the hump. It really all comes down to if Trey can be any sort of upgrade over Jimmy and how soon.

Secondary and offensive line.
We need help at the CB position, badly. They're way too much of a liability.
The right side of the o-line needs work as well. We need that Banks pick to pan out and we need to get Compton off the roster.
If Banks gets it together, that'll help immensely.

Agreed, luckily we got a young stud waiting in the wings. Well that's the hope anyways.

Play calling and QB. That's about it. The defense is spectacular.

Secondary.
Throw top dollar at the best man coverage corner available (Gilmore, JC Jackson etc)
Sign Patrick Peterson to play safety
Right Tackle.
Grab the best lineman you can in the draft.

Edge rusher to help the other side of Bosa. A play making safety. A cb to cover well. But mostly a edge pass rusher. Because Bosa is the real deal and need him going one in one. QB pressure is a must.

I'd go OL, secondary and DE.

Spend every one of our remaining draft picks on corners and safeties. Trade Jimmy, draft another DB. Make sure Norman and tartt are nowhere near this team next year. Tartt is mediocre to decent but he's always hurt so what's the point. Ward needs to go as well, he doesn't do enough for what he's worth

I like Mitchell, but would like an upgrade over Hasty/Wilson/Sermon. Hoping we do our usual late round/udfa magic in the draft.
Secondary (DB and S) and OL are the main priorities.
DE (opposite Bosa) and WR (speedy deep threat) are next after that.
Will be interesting to see who we try to re-sign and how much we can get for Jimmy.
I wouldn't write off Banks yet. When you look at the rookies we used this year the only ones who got significant time were a result of injuries.
I have a feeling this seasons draft was purely with an eye to the future so I want to see how/if Banks develops over the off season before labelling him a definite bust.
Would still go OL heavy though. Glinch in a contract year, Brunskill and Compton aren't good enough, Mack is a year to year prospect and we really don't know what we have in Banks/Moore etc. Too many ??? not to prioritise it.

QB and a vet CB are obvious. Also, we need to retain as much of the DL depth as we can. I think we are gonna lose some of those guys to FA.
