Well if we read the tea leaves a bit... We're bringing in Pep Hamilton. He was the QB coach for the Texans and is likely to be looking for work after they hire their next coach. He was the qb coach who made herbert the ROY

Id love if we hired Pep,but doubt there would be any room. Interesting he's just out there and he was the guy with Andrew Luck with Stanford and the Colts, Herbert with the Chargers, and Mills with the Texans. Even if Hamilton lasted one year on the staff, I'll take it.
