He'll take many of the responsibilities that McDaniel had but it's still possible that they hire an OC as well. Either promoting Scangarello or Slowik or bringing in someone from outside the organization.

I like Pep coming in too. Have as many guys that can help out Lance as possible. It's still not beyond the realm of possibility if McDaniel takes some of the offensive staff with him.
