Love it. Former Niner '95-'96. Former NFL HC and RB coach and OC.
Can take over for Bobby Turner when he's finished, since he's 72 now.

It's likely that Turner is here longer than Lynn.

Kyle's coaching tree about to look like a forest soon. I see legit hc candidates in our staff now.

This is great. Bringing in an adult mature voice. Fantastic. Good run guy. But I was hoping to add a pass-first guru. How is this guy's air game?

With all the wide open WRs we have each week, it's clear the passing scheme is fine.

This looks to me that someone who interviewed for a second time today is on his way to Miami.

If McDaniels doesn't get the Miami job this Lynn hiring doesn't make a lot of sense bc McDaniel is already our run game coordinator. Do you think the Dolphins told him most likely the job is his if he wants it? (I know they are still going for a 2nd interview with Moore)

Lynn is the AHC, not the OC.

And how much of an OC really is McD? Sure he helps Kyle but…

And titles mean nothing. He could do a little OC and a little VP duties.

I still think this points to a hire in Miami is coming. But again it just feels like that. Don't slam me if he doesn't go.

I believe he helps create a lot of the run plays. Don't sleep on him there's a reason why Kyle had him everywhere he went. It's a good thing we have Kyle though.
Great addition.

Maybe I'm missing something but where is all this racist talk coming from?

Usually from folks who think racism doesn't exist or that it's a joke if it's brought up.

If someone openly chooses to joke or be sarcastic about racism, especially during a week when issues have been brought forward... weeeell.

No, this is from a specific comment by Solomon Wilcots, who said the 49ers fired a minority coach by forcing him into a 60% paycut, because "thats how teams fire minorities now". Bringing race into a situation when it wasn't a factor. It's irresponsible BS like that from the media that is part of the problem.

Seriously right... Kyle has aged a ton over the last 4 years LOL.

Can someone set me straight on this, I read a post saying that McDaniels is half black and would net us a comp pick if he gets a HC job...is this true?!?! The fact that hes considered a minority, i know the comp rule.
