This is going to create a bigger hole on the coaching staff in 2022 season than losing McDaniel.

Maybe, Maybe not, we'll have to wait and see, maybe Bobby will give his input from afar, while he recovers, like consulting for the 49ers.

Agree, why not! Hip surgery doesn't stop him from watching film on the current draft prospects. He can do that at home with his family, specially with all the technology already developed for MIke Shanahan to keep in touch with the HC.

He calls all eligible RB prospects all the time throughout the year

He keeps detailed notes such as how many rings before they picked up

You dont just turn that level of OCD off and walk away
