Heres a downer....I was in college when we last won it in '94-95. So sad to realize that if you're 27 years old or younger, our team has left you heart broken thus far 💔

Yeah I do feel for the younger fans. Nothing but heartbreak.

I was in 6th grade when they won back in 94, and I still remember that game to this day. That and the NFC Championship game before that against Dallas.

I'm 30 so I don't remember watching us win in 94. Heartbreaks my entire life. :(

I was in high school. I need to see a 49er SB win while drunk. Drunk crying sucks.

I was in 7th and just never thought the good times will end. When Steve Young went down early in the 99 season I learned how the other half lives (other NFL fans). And in spite of how bad its been, its not even 10th worse since '99 (7 playoff appearances, 5 NFCCG, 2 Super Bowl appearances). It made me appreciate the winning of my childhood more.

I also understand people's desire to just win 1. I think we are capable of more. Sucks we didn't make it, but this season gave us a glimpse of where we are.
I'm not bitter at all. The Rams were a better team than we were, especially in the playoffs. I can accept that. No bitterness on my end.
The funny thing about the 94 championship year was that the 49ers were basically this years Rams in the sense that they went "all in" on a championship run. In the end we netted a Lombardi trophy paired with 10 years of salary cap hell. Good luck Rams!

You should be bitter. When is it the niners turn to be the best team? It's been 27 years. Or are we just going to keep rolling being ok with other teams being better?

5 nfc championship games and 2 superbowl losses in the last 11 years Each time someone was better than the niners. We can't be ok with this.

We could be the packers. Always contending, no superbowl title in 14 years.

I'd rather have the championship.

Honestly I think we'll have at least 1 ring with Kyle Shanahan when all is said and done, and the best part is that we won't even have to go into cap hell to do it. Hang in there man! 49ers are close.

2-1 head to head debunks your post. Playoff game was a toss up. Week 18 in their house a toss up. MNF was an absolute taking out of the trash.

I mean it's a fair criticism.

all they've done is advance to lose, in huge flame outs.

5 recent NFC championships and two super bowl appearances and squat to show for it.

orange slices and juice boxes ready for the snowflakes in our midst.

32 here and I didn't witness the 94 Super Bowl. But I'll be honest, nothing bitters me more than the lost to the giants after a hot win against the saints. Super Bowl losses has been bs with bs calls from the ref. But that punt return drop from Kyle Williams , god that was bad
yes, it's been rough, when this team loses big games, I am depressed, it takes me weeks if not months to get over it
and the Rams are our arch rivals since eternity, so yeah, it sucks that they won, I was pissed
I hope we play them early next year week 2 or 3, and I really hope Donald and Coach McVay don't retire, I want revenge.
