The most shocking part is that there are fans out there being shock about this cut.
He is an undrafted FA. From the very beginning, he was on the outside looking in. He worked his way to be on the bubble. If you feel slightly surprised about this cut, sure. Feel shock means you somehow think he was locked for a roster spot. Only fans in this forum, not any Niners insiders, were seriously entertaining the idea he was taking Banks' starting spot.
He is likely coming back to the PS.
