Pass rush to throw off the timing.

Safety help over top so that he can play the sideline throws helps too.
I'm curious what the game film showed. I presume Demeco adjusted coverages to take that away in the second half.

Eh. Looks good at times and not so good when he's going up against a good receiver, as we witnessed last night with Hopkins.

Definitely one of the best. I would say right behind Trent Williams.
Trent was a trade though. Justin Smith was a true free agent signing.
Nolan courted Justin Smith with the helicopter ride during free agency.

John Chapman said that Ryan's said F the zone coverage and just moved Ward to shadow Hopkins after the first quarter.

You're right. It was such a one sided (3rd & 5th rd picks) trade I remembered it as a FA signing.

He is really good and definitely valuable to our team. But you can tell his level of play when it comes to coverage is not on the same playing field as elite steroid boys 😆 lol
Im afraid if our pass rush can't disrupt some of the elite passing game we might end up being a bend but don't break defense. I really do hope we can continue to be the dominant defense we have been showing.

How many corners look good when going up against Hopkins? Jalen Ramsey couldn't even lock him down last week.

I would argue Jimmy G was the best non drafted player we've got in the last couple years.

4 receptions for 42 yards and 0 TD's. A couple of those receptions came on zone coverage and 2 were sideline, backshoulder type throws. I will take it.

Hopkins is still a top 10 wr and Ramsey is getting worse

I believe Ramsey is still a good cover corner but Hopkins has a way of making great players look average.

Hopkins is a clown
remember him getting up and pointing to our guys one after the other.. 15 yard penalty
he then is hit on the boundary and motions over and over for the flag
remember this guy got busted for PEDs cuz he can't separate anymore
Mooney >> Hopkins

Dude is running his mouth after giving up almost 100 yards. Don't give AZ any material for the week 18 matchup. That game might be important
