IF (yes IF),we were really offered two 2nd round picks for Jimmy and we turned it down, I believe Lynch should be fired. That is an inexcusable mistake, if true.

If it was in the same conference would you as well?
Not gonna lie I thought there would be more votes saying yes. Good to see the majority of our fanbase aren't complete idiots.
This thread sums up 90% of 49ers social media. Always whining about something.

Edit $40.5m fixed sorry.
John's good.

I heard some national radio hosts today praising Ballard from Indy for his trades.

dude literally gave up a 1st rd pick last year for Carson Wentz. A phucking 1st round pick to rent a QB for one year who didn't even get them to the playoffs.

Lynch might have over valued Jimmy but at least he didn't do some s**t like that. Folks on here don't know how bad some of these GMs are and I don't know why considering we went through a decade of Baalke and a decade of ass before him.

He a good pr guy nothing more, he has missed more than hit on the draft and conservative as f**k in free agency

Solomon Thomas - GONE!!!
Rueben Foster - BUST!!!
Javon Kinlaw - Hmmm leaning toward BUST but we'll see this year.
Mike McGlinchey - He's aiiiiight - not a bust but I would've chose different.

Kittle - Superstar
DJ - Good player, got $10M a yr as a 6th rd pick
Warner - Superstar
Moore - Has played good
Bosa - Superstar
Deebo - Superstar
Aiyuk - Has been damn good
Jennings - Steal in the 7th
McKivitz - Very good player
Ambry, Mitchell, Huf, Lenoir, Moore, all good players, I have faith in Sermon, Banks, & Lance.

He's had more hits than misses, besides if you hit 30-35 percent of your picks, you're considered a good GM, that's a fact, that's what they go off of, hell, most draft picks don't make it to a 2nd contract, hell some don't get past year 3, and you wanna talk early round busts, how about Belicheck? Takes guys in the 1st & 2nd who turn into busts, but you don't see anyone say FIRE BILL, jesus.

Also he's not conservative, he's been way aggressive, look at the Kwon & Dee deals in 2019, Jet & Richburg & Sherm in 2018, just because we don't sign a bunch of big names doesn't mean he's not aggressive, as for Von, Jones, Mack, we can't afford any of those + Bosa long term, and If I'm not mistaken Mack has an injury issue, but Dee has to go, but let's bring in Za'Darius or Mack or some big name who happens to be injury prone, just cause he's a big name, LMAO.

And we just signed a very talented, young, up & coming CB to a $13.5M a yr deal, don't tell me that's not aggressive. Just because we didn't get a JC Jackson or Carlton Davis, doesn't mean he made the wrong choice, or right choice, just like those 2 getting the deals they got, or Darious Williams, Donte Jackson, DJ Reed, & others.

My answer is obvious, NO, he's help build a contending team, he has s**t to start out with in 2017, they've gotten great players, he traded a 3rd & 5th for the best LT in the game, he traded 3 1's to get Trey, jesus, how is he not aggressive, just cause we only signed 1 high price FA, well guess what, we need to extend Bosa, Deebo, and next offseason Aiyuk, can't sign every big name, guys want Jones, Mathieu, Jackson, Scherff, some people saying at beginning of FA let's get them all 4, like give me a break, 1 splash signing(Ward) and some good ST signings, a good NT, good Returner, good Safety & good backup LB, I call that a good offseason, and no, Jimmy on the roster doesn't hinder the 49ers from signing players, and those who say we're kicking the can down the road, yeah we are with some, but you damn well know those people saying that were all about going all in, no matter the cost, even if we redo every deal.

This is the San Francisco 49ers.

We're not impressed.

This thread made me realize how great of a gig Shanahan has…he coaches the team and has control over the roster but gets no blame for any poor roster decisions. Pretty sweet.

I'd Just like to know what draft picks Is Lynch responsible for before making my decision.
Im iffy on him. This fool did offer the 5th year deal to MCG. That money could have been used to address the pass rush.

He's guided the team to a super bowl and a NFC Championship with a QB no other team wants. Dude gets no blame from me
