I'm an old guy so the Cowboys will always hold a special place of hate in my heart.
Learning to hate the Cards - Kyler Murray is a very unlikeable guy and the AZ fans are obnoxious.

I am not sure they had fans in st. louis. baseball ruled things there.. maybe for a few years in the mid 70s when they were really good and fun with jim hart. metcalf. jim otis. mel gray conrad dobler

you could make a case for the rams. but due to the fact that the rival with the cowboys has always 100 per cent centered around playoffs and nfc title games from the early 70s(f preston riley) to the early 80's to the 90s then of course a revisit of that this past year........... if you pinned me down,.,. i would pick dallas as our most hated and storied rival... i mean that had and has it all... the coaches hated each other. the fans hated each other. the plays really hated each other.. that is a dream come true rival

that 5th spot is open to the "flavor of the month" rivalry. Some may recall a time period circa 2007-2010 or so where the cardinals were in that spot. Dockett vs VD lmfao.

It may sound strange but the seahawk rivalry really lost a ton of steam in my mind partially because I conceded that in that 2012-2014 period, they were just superior. Primary reason is that I came to realize Jim Harbaugh is just a f**king idiot and that whole team choking 3x the way they did just brings up internal bitter memories more than anything.

I hate the Seahawks with a passion but it's not just the team on the field. It's the fans too. That BS with the popcorn on Bow and flying banners over our stadium. That ish has nothing to do with the game

Used to really hate the Favre packers but that team in the last decade has been our bich so they don't bother me

As for the rams yeah they got us but they don't faze. We were trash when the greatest show on turf was something and we used to be able to pencil em in as 2 Ws back in the 80s and 90s so. We still own em now except 1 game and I understand it was the most important one recently but we really choked

The Packers easily. I hate racist ass Wisconsin, I hate that Favre owned us for so long, I can't stand douchey ass Rodgers, their ugly uniforms, pompous fans, Joe Buck who LOVES them, that played out Lambeau Leap. It'll always be the Packers for me.

I've pretty much hated every NFC team at some point the last 30 years. I guess I don't recall hating the redskins or Vikings.

I never hated the Lions just loathed seeing them on Thanksgiving every year with all of their crappy teams.
