Trade Deebo and Jimmy G as a package

This would seriously deminish Deebos value

Deebo alone isnt worth the #6 overall pick

Offering an instant upgrade on offense with a good tier QB and top tier WR to a HC who is likely on the chopping block has package value

The package idea doesnt really work anywhere else but CAR

Agree

IMO, the Owner will be doing the dealing not the GN or HC.

Both are are thin ice and the billionaire owner wants a SB.
Makes no sense
If we were in Carolinas shoes, I would gladly take Deebo and Jimmy for #6. Instant upgrade to the terrible offense and definitely more value than anyone they could draft.

Not sure they have enough cap room to take them both.
Throw in Kittle and Bosa.
I like Jimmy and Deebo to Houston. Love to get their 2nd 1st (13?) and their 1st 2nd at 37 plus a 2nd next uear

They have some solid WRs there, and a very good RB. QB/OL is the issue on offense.

The team would be much less talented.
Does it diminish the value. It might. But I've used this same tactic on to sell things I don't want. It works but only for Somone looking specifically for it. Convenience plays a huge part. It could work.
Right now, Jimmy's not a good commodity due to his shoulder surgery. Teams are rightly skittish about trading for him. Releasing him only makes modest sense if there's no trade offers...even then, the Niners would have to wait 'til he's been medically cleared or risk losing close to $8M as I understand it. Either way, tying Jimmy to a Deebo trade just isn't feasible at this point.

If the two top pass rushers are gone then he definitely is worth the #6 overall. Deebo, over the next lifetime of his second contract, is likely to be better than any offensive player in this draft.

Maybe there's a top tackle that you could argue for but definitely not a skill position player
