But we are super deep at DL so all the guys around him are quality an experienced linemen so It makes sense that they are able to do more at this point.

wish he figured things out more this season but he should be great next year after even more experience

The most success Drake has had so far are those money-down rush packages where they manufacture pressures with games/stunts or move him inside. He needs to start beating tackles in 1-on-1 situations to earn more reps, tho. I have faith that he will in time, but right now, he isn't doing that. Again, I'm not saying he's been bad because he hasn't, but there are too many dudes on this unit that can play.

I'm not too worried about him.
He's shown flashes and contributed... 3 sacks in his rookie year as a rotational player, where we have a deep defensive line.

Hopefully we see a step-up in Year 2.
Can't wait to see him playing next year. He had a solid rookie year

Good call!
I think he could be up this week. His athleticism would be good to have against Hurts. I just don't know how you work the numbers.

Would you trust him to rush the passer with discipline?

Bosa and an AA rarely do so why not see what the kid can do? Definitely could use Drakes's athleticism. Might need to inactive Kinlaw
Don't understand why he was inactive the last two games, especially with the way we rotate our lineman in and out. Feel like he had a good year for rookie. Hope he plays this weekend.
Hyder doesnt seem to have much gas left. Inactive him.

Unless ackson is in the trey sermon dog house?

He can't play the run so he has limited snaps and availability.

We showed some vulnerability during the raiders game up the gut so had to put some bodies in the middle

It's more a versatility issue right now than him not being good.

Easy; activate him instead of Kinlaw. I'd even put him in at DT over Kinlaw; couldn't possibly be worse
May get a chance due to the situation with Omenihu.

The team still has to defend against the run.

Experiment in the NFC title. Brilliant.

I was watching some NFL show this morning and they mentioned Kinlaw as one of our good Dlinemen. I cringed. I think they just look at his draft status and assume he's been good for us. Quite the opposite. Not really doing anything bad or good. Just there. Activate Drake
