We for sure got a steal. This kid is gonna be good, even saw a couple slot blitzes tonight from him and looked good. Once Dennard was cut it was obvious the coaching staff clearly feels comfortable with him as the starting slot. I think we got ourselves a player boys, love it.

Didn't get 2 interceptions today, he's clearly regressing.

Moseley is supposed to come back this week and C. Ward hopefully next week. We could start the season with one of the best CB tandems in the NFL.

Moseley is supposed to come back this week and C. Ward hopefully next week. We could start the season with one of the best CB tandems in the NFL.

I would have Jimmie offer help and they could double both Kupp and Hopkins. We couldn't do that last year because we had Norman, Fitspatrick, or Thomas back there and needed Ward to babysit them. But with C Ward and Eman I am confident we can leave them on an island to deal with the Rams and Cards 2nd and 3rd WR's. Especially with the pressure we get from our front 7. Run alot of 3 safety sets vs the Rams especially. Our speedy Linebackers can cover the RB's and TE's. It's not like either of those teams have elite TE's.

That would be so clutch because he is a #1 corner when healthy.... If Ward could stay healthy, we might have one of the best defensive backfields in the league after adding Ward and Womack. Our pass rush will make these guys look even better having Kinlaw back and adding Drake Jackson. So pumped.
