It's not when your QB is 6'4"
There are a number of 6'5 centers.

For example, KC's starting center is Creed Humphrey, who is 6'5". Patrick Maholmes is 6'3".

Lion's starting center is Frank Ragnow, who is 6'5". Jared Golf is 6'4".

I don't see the height being a problem here at all.

I believe this is the reason he was kept on the 53 over Poe, even though I think most ppl would like to see/hear Poe getting reps at C. Maybe during the offseason and into next year he can get some work there. Also a little surprised we haven't added West to the PS. We still have a few spots open, maybe he will eventually be added.

I think Poe still has a shot to make the 53 if McGlinchey is IR'ed.

That's shocking to me that Creed Humphrey is 6'5 LMAO. I thought he was short like 6'1 at the tallest.
Did Zake Bomb make the team ??
Is there any updates on Nicky Z?

After a year worth of practices, what position projects as his best fit next year?
I wonder if his height an issue if Purdy is the QB going forward.

Im wondering if he's a candidate for RT next year if they keep Brendal.

They were talking center earlier in the year. I think they resign McKivitz, look at Moore, and draft someone else.
Is the plan for him to be the new Center?

I don't think he's ready for full time starting duty. But I see him as a replacement for Brunskill in that he can be a serviceable player at multiple positions. We need to still prioritize the position in FA or the draft.

Was wondering about this guy after Brendel re-signed. That makes sense. Agree with your last sentence too (seems pretty clear). It'd be awesome if one of our first couple picks was an OL 🤞🏽

I wonder if the team is planning on relying on Zakelj and Poe being the backups for the interior line positions next year? Either way, I wouldn't be opposed to bringing more bodies in for competition.

They are only at 58 players under contract and 11 draft picks so still a long way to 90.

Yeah no matter how high they are on Zakelj and Poe there's no reason not to add a couple more OL to the mix in the draft/UDFA
I have a feeling Zakelj will get manhandled like MM.
