It's possible. Get him some practice and see how he is and then get him some live snaps.

Practice window opened up today for him. Niners could use the body at defensive tackle with all the injuries. If they are lucky, he can be the defensive version of BCB going into the playoffs. Hope he can be the new DJ Jones for the Niners.

He hasn't played LB in a long time. Most of his college snaps were along the DL. I'm skeptical that he'll be ready based on how long his injury layoff has been but his skillet is perfectly suited for this defense.

It's sad that I expect more from this guy than our 1st round pick Kinlaw next year.

Him, AA, Givens, Kinlaw and a rookie ( Roy from LSU, Beantu from Wisconsin or Karl from Bowling green ) and im good, maybe resign Ridgeway too.

We need that versatile lineman who can play all over that line too. Someone like Dre'Mont Jones in FA would be interesting.
