Back before the mid-late 2000s, 99% of players lied about their height and weight. They inflated them to make them sound like better prospects. I've met montana, and sure he was older and most likely shrunk some, but I highly doubt he was ever 6'2. Lol

this is why I always laugh when people
try to say Brock is small. He's really not. He's just
not huge like Trevor Lawrence but he isn't small like drew Bree's, Russell Wilson, or Bryce young. He's along the ACTUAL heights of a majority of players.

Every single height/weight I've seen of Steve is 6-2 215lbs

I mean overall for the QB position he's below the avg…6'2 1/2 and 219lbs is the avg as of January 2023.

not sure how you can say Brees is small at 6'1 213lbs, but Brock at 6'0 5/8 212lbs isn't?

overall I don't really care…doesn't seem to be an issue.

Coulda sworn Steve Young was in the 220, 225 lb. range. Thought I read an article back in the day that said he probably could've played as a runningback. Didn't think much of it then, but to hear that now, that would've made Steve Young a big dude.

Young was 6'1". Or 6'0 -1/2" The Wiki page is total bogus. He was NEVER 6'2". He was listed 6'1" his whole career.
I've always known Young as 6'2 since the newspaper and magazine days. They say you get shorter as you grow older. I guess it's happening to Young.

Just when you thought Mike Florio said the stupidest f**king thing possible about Brock that he couldn't be a franchise QB because his name is weird, cowherd goes and does one even stupider and says he can't be a franchise QB wearing a cap backwards. How the f**k do these guys have jobs talking about football???!!! Every f**king picture I've ever seen of Tom Brady after winning a Super Bowl he's wearing a motherf**king ball cap backwards.
our boy is at it again
look at this bleep

Stop posting that guy. Enough now. He's a freak.

Lol this.

Purdy leads the NFL in passer rating and
yet he put two college QB's and Derek Carr's sub-90 rating above him. Wake up people. It's so obvious he doesn't actually believe what he's saying, and anyone who takes him seriously is being a sucker.

Brock has shown a lot of great traits that the best QBs do. It's really fun to watch.

the first thing about him that caught my eye when he played was his confidence, composure, and command of the huddle. It was like he had always been out there and this team always been his. It was almost like an instant match made in heaven.

i just want to see him keep it up. I love the consistency behind it so far.

Agree.

On one of his first reps in the Miami game, they showed a head-on shot of him as he came under center. The first thing he did was look up at the play clock and then begin his count. I mentioned to my wife that this was a savvy kid. Yep.

Agree 💯%, Way mature beyond his years.

Purdy's combine numbers: 6' 0⅝", 212 lbs

same size as Baker. Like and inch and a half shorter than Steve young.

For some reason I've always never questioned Steve Young being 6'2" - but maybe the stats are wrong. That never occurred to me. Still, Steve was one hell of a QB.

I think Purdy's mother or father has some explaining to do…

Well we already know who is father is...

Wow! Now things make a lot more sense!

Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson are 5'10". I don't see why people obsess about it so much. You can play at that height and even be very good. Purdy is taller than some of those guys.
