I do question how high his ceiling is.

Is he Flutie? Is he Brees? is he a long list of flashes in the pan? Is he Montana?

I have the feeling that Brock is a gamer, just like Jeff Garcia was. Garcia used to suck in practice but then would light it up during games.

I don't think he sucks in practice. I think he takes it extremely serious and tries to get the most out of it by pushing his boundaries.

it's like the old skateboard/BMX saying "if you don't fall everyday, you're not trying hard enough". He is pushing his boundaries and sometimes that results in turnovers during practice.
