You can try to break it down all you want, but at the end of the day it comes down to him instinctively doing and reacting the right way on the field. There's no measurment for that. Probably why he was overlooked to the last pick. Plays like a 10 year vet cause he instinctively know how to play the position. They talked about things start to slow down for a qb after some experience. Don't think it was ever too fast for Brock lol

If what you say is true, can you imagine how good he can be - specially how good he already was *instinctively* as a rookie? I'd love to see Brock go against Pat in the playoffs this year.

I agree with him, he just understands football instinctively. It's why he's able to react so quickly and on time, he doesn't have much hesitation in his game, which typically comes from having to think.

im telling you, with a full off season to study his previous film, master the playbook/chemistry, and get the playbook built around his skill set - he's in for a big season. I don't think it'll always be great but I think a majority of the time it will be.

I'm actually expecting him to be a pro bowl QB this year. So much talent on the offense, Kyles play calling, and he's obviously a good QB. I don't see why he can't be one of the better QBs in the NFC.

Foerster is a good OLine coach, Griese looks like he can spot QB talent (Brandon Allen). I can see them taking another developmental shot at a QB, to give Sam some competition next year - most likely through Free Agency. I can see another Nick Mullens/Broc Rutter kind of UDFA being lured to the team also.

David Lombardi said the 49ers have 11 draft picks in 2024. Wow!

Lombardi is incorrect. They will have 12. 6 normal picks, 4 comp picks, pick for Carthon/Meco and now the pick for Trey

1, 2, 3 3s, 2 4s, 2 5s 2 6s and a 7

Same, there aren't many top QBs in the NFC. Top three are probably Hurts, Purdy, & Dak - which is really sad. Lol I think Brock is going to have an awesome year.

Time to invest Heavily in the O line

And secondary. Corner will be the spot that bites this team again.

Ya it is crazy how bad the NFC QBs are. Purdy could be the best QB in the NFC this year

i think we def take ankther young guys if they show up, we wanted one this year but they all went earlier than we wanted because of what Brock did last year. Then we didn't really love any of the UDFA.

i think we try to resign darnold/another vet and then draft a guy.

Dang! 12 picks! and we all know what Kyle can do with 5ths, 6ths and 7th round picks! We will need ALL of them.

Our coaching staff is going to get raided again, and so will our players. For example, if we make it to the playoffs, I can see Anthony Lynn leaving us and guys like Celine Ferrel too. Other players like Aiyuk and Jennings are going to be REALLY hard to keep on the roster if they do well this year. Specially after Nick signs and he takes the brinks truck with him.

I think it's between him and hurts. Both have stacked offenses. I'm hoping the eagles have a decline because of the new coordinators, their OC last year has been a magician every where he has been - he's now with Indy as the HC

We will keep Aiyuk, for sure. He is under contract next year on his fifth year, we will just need to extend him. We are going to restructure and extend quite a few guys this year and next off season. That'll create room and keep the core guys together (like deebo, armstead, Warner, kittle) etc
