He certainly looked like Drew in the Charger's preseason game. Those passes looked crisp, quick, and dead accurate - Just like Drew. Haburman can see Brock doing even better than Brees because of the players surrounding Brock. Tough to stop Brees/Brock if they can just hand off to CMC and Mason when the defense loads up on the pass.

He is certainly in form greater than expected for his recovery from his tendon injury. How lucky for this team.

Don't forget about Mitchell! He's a monster WHEN healthy. Lol

as long as we stay healthy, it's going to be very hard to stop this offense. Brock seems locked in and even keeled at all times, it's amazing. I feel like no matter who we are playing, we have a really good chance.

Sucks Latu got injured but Hopefully Braden Willis (and the rest of the TE squad) will be up to the task of blocking the Pittsburg DE's and LB's comming after Purdy. Brock looks good operating the Two TE set that breifly made it's appearance in the Charger's game. I get the feeling Kyle has PSTD seeing Brock injured last year and this season is going to be run heavy until the playoffs. If so, NY85 is going to be right that Brock's stats might regress a bit because it'll be much more ground oriented, we shall see.

It might actually help us keep Latu, because I don't see us keeping 4 TEs on the active roster. Kyle trust woerner & Dwelley because of their blocking and special teams ability. Maybe we keep willis and try to incorporate him. He's a good blocker too with some athleticism in the pass game.

With our D, I can do ball control, time consuming drives where we stay scoring. Keep that defense fresh and flying, and our QB protected- minimal opportunities to get hit.

He doesn't trust Dwelley for blocking because he's terrible at it. It's why Kroft was playing in the nfc title game.

I hope bosa is signed this weekend. Must be close. It would be amazing to sign him up before the roster cutdown because of the help it will give us cap wise and then he can get two weeks of training in before the first game.

who would of thought the one coming right before the season would be bosa and not Brock. Lol

Agree 💯%, Latu is another raw player like Trey Lance. I agree about redshirting him this year and hopefully next year he'll be much more polished. I hope we got another diamond in the rough with Willis, Purdy really likes to throw to his TE's, so that aspect of Purdy's game will take a hit if they can't get enough recieving TE's healthy for Purdy to throw to this season.
