Thats pretty cool for 2021, glad we got Purdy with 262, and it was a compensatory pick to boot in 2022.

Wow! That 3rd round pick paid dividends!!! Brock reminds me of another 3rd round pick, despite being picked in the 7th round.

Just took a gander at his Wiki page, he's been mentioned with Sammy Baugh, Aaron Rogers, and Tom Brady. every one of those mentioned who isn't named Brock is definitely worth 3 first round picks for sure.

Look at Darnold throw the target ball to Conley on side line that was beautiful target! I want Purdy can do it. Come on. Purdy need practice to throw the balls on side line to wrs. Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers did throw the balls to wrs on side line!

can't wait to see the Purdy Era start! this is going to be a really fun season. I think brock will have some tough games, we have a brutal schedule this year, but I expect him to overcome it and learn from it.

My hope is that he just gets better and more reliable as the season goes on. We have a plethora of talent around him, he just needs to trust himself and the guys around him - like he has. our starting defensive unit is going to be a wrecking ball - cant wait to watch Bosa & Hargrave next to eachother, going to be special.

Brock is about to show the steelers that they made a colossal mistake by taking Jenny Pickett over him. muahahaha I love me some Dirty Purdy.

I just ignore him, it's obviously a troll. he gets off of by upsetting/confusing people. just ignore him and he will go away, eventually. lol

I'm happy with Darnold as #2 and hope he never plays this year, outside of us blowing a team out.

Purdy has shown strong leadership qualities even on a team with so many accomplished veterans and was rewarded this week when he was voted as one of the team's six captains.

"It just shows you how guys respect him and how he is a natural-born leader. Guys noticed that," All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams said. "To me, that's a huge notch on his belt to have the respect of your teammates. It's not like he's been the day one starter. It's not like they handed him the keys to the car last year. For him to be able to start where he did last year around this time and to be 12 months later to be a captain of the team and starting quarterback, I think it just says multitudes about him and his love for the game and his ability to lead guys."

instead of taking prozac I have decided to look at Purdy costing us 2 1st round picks and a 3rd, Lance costing us a 7th rounder but netting a 4th

In the Tampa game, they mentioned the movie, Rudy..and ya know, I never did see that flick, so I watched it:). Pretty good. I didn't know the Lord of the Rings guy was in it. They need more good football movies..maybe there will be one about Brock
