PeePee had his back turned in press running with the BA fade, BCB recognized it and immediately released the ball, when PeePee turned his head back it was too late the dime was already dropped in the bottle....

too back PeePee didn't learn a tell on that play

Are you talking about the deep ball?

i guess, wouldn't call it deep, did it go over 25 yards?

Yes. But I was making a joke about a Trey Stans/Purdy hater who was in here last night trying to throw shade.

gotcha, ya it is amazing that old noodle arm Brocky can even throw it over 25 yards Lol

I watched a good amount of the Raiders game. Jimmy simply does not have "the Force" in the way that Purdy does. He does far too many things that put himself and the team in a bad spot. He damn near died on the 4th play of the game scrambling for a 1st down. Very low awareness of the moment and what the best decision is.

Purdy's processing speed and decision making is amazing. He's got everything he needs to be an all-time great. Just need a few breaks to go our way and stay healthy and consistent.
Brock was third in the NFL in completed air yards per pass attempt yesterday.

EDIT: because this will change over the course of the year:

Being a U of U fan I was checking into what other teams will be in the Big 12 when they switch. Each team was just represented by a photo, and this was the one representing Iowa State.

Thought it was pretty cool. Wonder if his career will help that school's recruiting.

Btw, in that photo he's giving an estimate of the size of his C.

Also makes you glad the 9ers didn't trade a bunch of picks AND pay a bunch of money for a shell of himself Russ

but I became a BCB believer when he went in the next year vs Miami and got the W... have not looked back since

When he destroyed Tom and his Bucks, I go - WHO is this guy? I became a B🐔B believer soon thereafter and have not been disappointed since. Give Brock a good solid 4 seconds in the pocket, and I am Purdy sure that if all you had for a receiving corps was 5 Jauan Jennings, he'd still complete passes and burn defenses despite a lack of WR talent. I think he's that good. Having said that, I hope we can keep Deebo, Aiyuk, Jauan and the rest of our all star receivers for the foreseeable future.

Someone needs to send him back to school because that's at least an order of magnitude too small.
I was worried about some of the hits that Brock took yesterday. That fumble that he managed to grab behind his back really concerned me. He really had to contort both elbows to accomplish that.

There came a point in the game where Shanahan really dialed the offense back. I didn't see Purdy attempt many more deep passes, but also noted some of his short throws came up short or were a bit off target. I just hope that isn't due to any elbow damage. I suspect the 49ers won't say much if there is a problem, unless it becomes apparent.

Yeah why did Darnold come in to take the Victory formation snaps, so Brock's fantasy numbers won't look bad (-1 rush yards per Victory formation snap)?
Brock is shady's fav rn lfgggg

What causes other teams fan bases and the media to continue in some cases? Especially other fan bases. I've never seen a guy play this great and be put down this much. I'm sick of it. It's BS. Because of draft status and how the last pick is named? Because he's not 6'4" 225 lbs.? Because his face looks young? Because they want to be right? They want the narrative they originally heard and believed to be right? It certainly can't be how he plays. How consistent he is. How great he processes, makes the right decisions and throws accurately. I'm sure it can't be that. I'm sick of these guys. Especially other teams fans. "He's just in the right system." "He's lucky." "The NFL will catch up to him."
