Hard to believe that's the longest throw of his career.

Its only his second year.

I thought he had a pretty deep one to Kittle last year.

He did against Washington. He threw it from the 49 yard line and it landed 2 yards in the endzone. So 51 air yards. Do they only calculate air yards from line of scrimmage??

44 air yards is quite a bit but yeah. I've always hated those throws to the pylon with a defender on them but he's actually pretty damn good in them

Yup, he can hit those corner throws but needs to work on the wide open ones down the middle 😄

He was a little shaky out there in the beginning but settled in for 300+ yards and two touchdowns. He got better as the game went on but I'm curious to know why he was struggling - at least he's now seen another type of defense and more to study.

had skme really nice deep throws too. The deebo one, obviously, and rbe CMC one that was dropped.

They were blitzing like crazy, short week so not much time to prepare, probably a little sore from Sunday. Even when he was struggling, it wasn't bad nor was he making bad reads. I think we're so used to him looking like Jesus in cleats that we overreact to bad drives or quarters of play. By the end of the game when you look at the stats, points, and overall performance - he's solid every time.

B+/A- game in my opinion.

I mean that is a pretty complex and aggressive defense. Probably took him a bit to get used to it.

The difference in Brock to me in the last two games is that he FINISHED the game strong and hit the dagger. Last game he started string and finished whatever.

Yup and that Deebo that's no gimme, it's tight coverage ball is just on em, when it's one on one trust your guy, we are paying these guys to make plays, there BP made it easy for Deebo, on a platter

Brock's deep ball looked a lot better this week. Two great deep throws under pressure. McCaffrey had one knocked out but that hat throw was great, and so was Deebo's touchdown.

the DEEVAH made a great adjustment to the ball, I personally think that the it was not a beautiful pass.

He looked confused/lost in the first quarter but not like jimmy g style, just uncharacteristic. I think he had one or two TWP. We have ri remember that I don't think he's even played 10 games yet. Lol like
id never believe that if I didn't see it all with my own eyes

He was a lot better deep this week. The McCaffrey pass was a dime. So was the Deebo touchdown.

Kittle had a clutch pass deflection, but that's what it's all about
team effort
Never doubted we would win this, great job BP

It was deliberately thrown there because the defender wasn't looking and had position inside, guaranteed.

I imagine that's why he seemed confused, hadn't seen that type of coverage or disguise. Had a short week to prep, so they blitzed like crazy to overload him and keep him confused, but he adjusted' like he always does

Took him a bit to get used to their scheme. He's inexperienced.

Air distance,...not air yards.

That wasn't a great pass by Purdy at all but I thought it was more catchable than what little attempted. It's like he gave up on trying to catch it and just swatted it
