It's very attainable, outside of the cowboys game. That's going to be a tall task.

f**k the cowboys. They haven't played anyone. Lost their best CB for the year. They aren't gonna be able to run the ball all game. Win the TO battle and force Dak to play great.

If the right side of the line holds up, we're in GREAT shape going forward. They had 17 pressures on just the right side of the Giants OL. And last year they damn near had a 50% pressure rate against us in the playoffs.

But this was an EXCELLENT tune up game just for that kind of situation.

Impressed with BCB. Wink is a good DC and bringing the heat all game is a tough task to take on. The great ones fest off blitzes…I think this is something that he will get progressively better at attacking as he develops and sees more.

didn't get rattled. Arrow up!

also not sure why everyone was b***hing at Wilks last night? 12 pts & their only TD was off of like 40 yards of penalties. Good game for a TNF game imo. No serious injuries. Nice mini bye.

I agree NY
we give a lot for other teams to deal with, can't imagine game planning to face SF
i am interested what the line will be at home for ARZ
I feel s**tty doing this as Brock played pretty damn well but I'm not sure I like the fadeaway throwing off the back foot thing he was doing. I understand he was getting pressured and he connected on some but I also think this could get him in trouble and it's where he left a few questionable throws out there.

That DPI on the giants only TD drive was straight up bs.

It's a hot read with someone in his face? What else should he do - most were on the money too. Ronnie bell td for example
Damn this kid is so poised. Ice in his veins. We really lucked out, all praise to our scouts and Brian Griese

Lmqo Kyle Brandt with the conspiracy that Brock is a robot. Ironic considering that during the Trey Lance draft people joked that Kyle preferred a robot at qb.
Hahaha. If WTFWASTHATEROPPOLO was playing last night we would have won 13-12. Hahaha.LB's would have padded their pick numbers.😆😆😆.

Ice yes, but can't have those (wr playing db) throws against actual NFL teams. His numbers so far show that he can play defenses like a meistro
Well it feels good to say it week after week now, but ....Purdy is not a worry for me. He looks healthy and knows how to play QB.

Please baby jesus keep him healthy all year lol

That Kittle turning into a DB play was hilarious. I was at the game so I'm not sure if they showed it on TV but right after Kittle batted it down, he celebrated like a corner and put on a seatbelt. Lolol

He was shaky at the beginning of the game.
Martindale was even more blitz heavy that he is usually.
He missed easy throws. He had that pass to Kittle that could have been intercepted.
But ultimately a game is 60 minutes and the offense keeps scoring points with this kid.

And at no point, I felt he was getting nervous because of his mistakes or Martindale's aggressive playcall.
He was unfazed. And he has this calm in the pocket, this willingness to go downfield as much as he can even if he knows he's gonna be blasted.
Again, far from perfect, but 23 years old, thursday game and it's just another day at the office for him.
He's coming back from a serious injury. He has to prove that last season wasn't a fluke and that he can play at that level.
And so far so good. Well done Brock Purdy.

Ohhh that's what that was. I thought he was sheathing his sword (which makes no sense). It'd be better if he made the "pass incomplete" motion. Heads up play.

They wouldn't have been contested if our receivers were getting separation early in the game. BA was missed tremendously in this game. Not an excuse for Brock as he was trying to force things on that first drive and got lucky twice. He cleaned it up after that and started throwing the ball away when it wasn't there. Then Kyle did Brock a favor and turned it into a Deebo type gameplan and it worked nearly to perfection.

we came out with a gameplan to be super aggressive but we weren't really "expecting" them to blitz on every play so we did have to change the plan mid-game and go with a quicker passing game and draws etc to beat the blitz
