QB Brock Purdy Thread

Fodder from the Dallas Cowboys forums about BP. I really loved this post. Least they are being honest and realistic.

"He's #1 in QBR this year by a mile. He makes the right decision seemingly every snap. His TD/INT ratio is absurd and he has elite weapons all over the field.

If he was a high draft pick, there would be no question that he's on the path to stardom.

I'm honestly worried that this kid's the next Tom Brady and the whole NFL world is just whistling past the graveyard right now."

Go Niners!

on the big play to Aiyuk: Loves Brock being aggressive, but it was bad on all sides. DB played it bad and Brock shouldn't have thrown it (JT thinks Aiyuk is surprised the ball is going him) and it was such a bad pass it allowed Aiyuk to catch it.

He may have put that ball right where he wanted it like Brock stated but that doesn't negate the fact that the safety overran it and just did a horrible job in coverage. If the safety would have played it correctly, that very well could have been a turnover. The kid has big brass balls though and I like it.
Stay healthy Brock. Stay healthy 🙏

Saving that comment for the spank bank. Hahah

Would be amazing if he is the next Brady - someone's gotta win 3/4 again 😏. I'm taking it one game at a time but I truly believe we stumbled onto a special player and our 20+ year hell streak is over. We have a special combo in Brock & Kyle.

after watching Johnnydels breakdown of Brock's performance - I'm even more impressed. This kid is going to be even more difficult to stop Adter every game because he's gaining more experience and understanding all the types of defenses. His recognitions, accuracy, and anticipation are ridiculously amazing.

I saw that, Rodgers is a fan, how 😎. Just another top qb singing praises for BP:) Awesome. Welcome to the fan club, all of those joining a bit late lol

If you open this tweet and read through what the guy is posting - it's awesome and informative.
Has Mahomes commented on Purdy yet? Curious lol

I gotta agree with the comment about running qbs..best to stay as healthy as possible. Even though Brock is Quadzilla and has a nice high-step lol

Brock needs to keep doing what he is doing, scramble to buy time/avoid sacks. Run for a first when it's clear but slide down before contact.

and not that I've seen regarding the pat question.

Remember just this year, Young was getting slammed for his comments about Purdy, that he reminded him of Mahomes, that he had The Force? I guess the NFL has finally decided to back up Brock. Young was so criticized but I think he knows a thing or two when it comes to being a great qb..someone called him "a homer" and can't be relied on when it comes to seeing greatness in a player. No, not a homer but a HOFr who knows s**t. A lot of being a great qb is mental, and yeah, Young would be able to see Brock's mental skills and maturity pdq.
