thl, what happened on that second throw to Aiyuk on the corner? It looks like BCB gets caught in-between with his feet as if he's waiting to see what BA runs. Regardless, BCB still uncorks a dime. I've gotten used to seeing BCB throw in perfect rhythm while in perfect balance, so that one stands out.

nm I think I see what happened. BCB considered the slant but then went to the corner.

I think you got that right. As if he was ready to zip it to the slant then readjusted himself for a touch throw to the Corner route.
The best thing about this is he will only get better as he gains experience. Jeff Garcia was the last QB that I didn't worry about making a real bad play at crunch time. 20 years!!!!' I am so happy to watch Brock Purdy grow and see where he takes us. Niner fans are in for 1 hell of a ride for the next 10-15 yrs. GO NINERS!!!!!!!

lol Funny seeing Skip squirm. It's a show. If you don't treat Skip and Stephen A seriously, they are funny and annoying

I can stand only a minute or two of these guys, any more and my football IQ drops tremendously.

LMAO, I love Sherman so much, I hated him as a Seahawk, but that was all on field persona, dude is a good guy, love the 49ers red suit, just love Sherm, miss him here, but glad he's still rooting for us, even though he also roots for the Seahawks, I LOL'd when he had a 25-25 tie last year for the TNF game lol, but damn did he & Keyshawn give it to Skip, LMAO, love it. Skip trying to make excuses for Parsons, oh they held CMC to 2.3 ypc, yet we rushed for 170 on them just hilarious.

Brock throwing a f**king seed past Frankenstein aka LVE BCB for real.

Oh yeah. Amazing QB play. I couldn't believe he completed that pass to Deebo on a 3rd and 14.

Me either. I was all pissed off about the call back because I thought it was ticky tack. Then Bad Brock said "put this 3rd and 14 in your pipe and smoke it".

i clicked on page 1 of this thread on accident and saw plenty of receipts

that means this pace isnt sustainable in terms of keeping that record (like if he throws a singular int lol)

i think he will finish top 10 to top 15 in the historical category though.

GREAT pass blocking on *all* three pass plays, in my opinion. McKivitz looking *good.*

He is only interested in criticizing Brock's arm strength. He is probably still not a fan of Brock.

NY was a HUGE Trey Lance fan, so am I by the way, but when Lance was traded, he seemed to just take a step back and watch Purdy. We'll see when he comes back. He's probably busy with his new baby.

He also said that Purdy was mini Joe Burrow IIRC after the Seahawks game in the POs.
Maybe he was joking I don't know.
But from what I read, he never questionned the fact that Purdy was the starter.
His problem was the lack of physical talent that lowered the ceiling of Purdy. Is this a wild take?
I don't think so. At least less that some people that thought that Shanahan could fix Darnold and do a Steve Young remake.
Ultimately, we all say dumb things consistently on this message board.
Just read the first pages of this topic.^^

It's a bad take because it is wrong, as was arguing against people saying he played like an elite qb last year.

Anybody got those Nick Foles 2013 numbers? At this point Foles is the only example I can think of that was on this high of a cliff and then plummeted. Wasn't quite as consistently and for as long of a sample size though, so I highly doubt Purdy plummets the same way.
