I posted this a few days ago, but he is on pace to have the 3rd highest Total QBR of all time. He actually dropped 1/10 of a point after that game and is now 4th.

i clicked on page 1 of this thread on accident and saw plenty of receipts

that means this pace isnt sustainable in terms of keeping that record (like if he throws a singular int lol)

i think he will finish top 10 to top 15 in the historical category though.

His problem was the lack of physical talent that lowered the ceiling of Purdy. Is this a wild take?
I don't think so. At least less that some people that thought that Shanahan could fix Darnold and do a Steve Young remake.

It's a bad take because it is wrong, as was arguing against people saying he played like an elite qb last year.

Anybody got those Nick Foles 2013 numbers? At this point Foles is the only example I can think of that was on this high of a cliff and then plummeted. Wasn't quite as consistently and for as long of a sample size though, so I highly doubt Purdy plummets the same way.
