You heard it hear first

You also said "Jimmy isn't going anywhere" in regards to this offseason.

Why should we take you seriously?

WB, give ppl a chance.. no one is perfect and anything could happen..

that said, this prediction couldn't possibly happen and is terrible. as such, i cannot take it seriously.. good day..

This is true, why would YOU take ME serious on a fan message board. I do not have a crystal ball.

But wouldn't it be cool if Purdy won a few super bowls as Mr. Irrelevant?

From page 12 of the Purdy threat. Pretty hilarious to look back at this.

Purdy May just so get us a few Super Bowls, all before his rookie contract expires. Muahahah

I gotta say I didn't see pick 262 being a guy, until right around the Bucs game, that's when I saw this is a thing here
those are some high level defenders, first career start, vs Brady, D minded HC, the moment wasn't too big for him, that was an insane game, and he just kept on bringing it

I am sort of into this AI conspiracy theory now.

Came out of nowhere - dominating the league.

Cliche good kid from good family guided by faith.

Its the script.

Nice Job Lynch. Still could of used someone like McKinley at Safety or Jobe to compete at the CB position. Career practice squad player with NO potential.

Its the last pick of the draft.

Honestly I think Purdy has a better chance to stick as an NFL backup QB than McKinley has to stick on an NFL roster in any capacity. Dude's too small to play in the box in the NFL and too slow to play single high. If he's going to make it, he has to make it on special teams.

CJ Beathard in the making nothing special 🥱

Not picking on you Tru - I say lame stuff too.

i feel like Donte hitner has been a 49ers fan in post playing

Isn't the reason we had the final pick in the draft because beathard signed with the jags in free agency and we got a comp pick for it? Kyle playing 4-D chess…

I looked up, I'm pretty sure we got pick 262 because beathard left to the jags in free agency. So thank god we drafted him and thank god our ole boy baalke signed him. Muhahahah

I think Donte would be a great assistant coach for Kyle on defense. I know the 49ers coaching staff will be poached again this year, so what else is new. Therefore, I'm looking for potential coaching talent the 49ers can get to replace the departed and make sure we continue to get comp picks!

I feel like Prescott did a lot more damage when he ran more in the past.
I feel like the awesome connection to CJ beathard gets lost in the Purdy lore

We drafted CJ beathard and then let him walk in free agency, which he signed with the jags. That gave us a 2022 comp pick in the 7th round pick 262.

the gm that signed CJ beathard was Trent baalke. So us firing baalke back then, drafting Beahard in 2017 - was the long term play kyle and John were working to eventually get their franchise QB in Brock Purdy 😎

Had a ton of lower body injuries that have really hampered his running ability. Once that threat was gone, he started getting exposed, because he can't be a great pocket passer.

Build a statue for CJ Beathard next to the Purdy statue.

Dak is cooked now, especially after that broken leg and him in his 30's he's not out running anyone
I remember thinking that with Kap and Harbs this team would be competing for Super Bowls almost every year, so I don't wanna get too excited yet, but there's something special starting here. So glad we got coach locked up for a while, but it'll be interesting to see how much we have to pay Purdy on his next deal and which players and positions become prioritized once he's eating up a huge cap number. This team and the players we have on it now could possibly go down as one of the greatest ever assembled once it's all said and done. Insane what Shanalynch has done here.

That's why I don't like QBs who can't stay in the pocket. There are so many QBs that have a run threat but they NEED the run threat to be a good qb. Like Murray, Dak, Lamar etc. without it, they're not reliable at all.

running threat usually doesn't last long either, especially by the time you have to give them a big second contract.

A qb that CAN run and also can stand in the pocket all game and be accurate - is good but they're almost never like that.

also, essentially every running qb deals with a ton of injuries. I just don't like it. Find a QB who CAN run and not a RB who plays QB.
