So, nobody says it but we all know that just 9 mos ago , Brock had basically a potentially career ending surgery to repair UCL in his throwing arm. That is just ridiculous that he can start up again as if nothing ever happened. Ridiculous.

it is pretty crazy how it healed so fast and hasn't seemed to affect his performance.... interesting that elbow ligaments heal much faster/better than knees

Yeah, I was never worried about his arm healing up but more the mental side effects. He doesn't show any concern during the game for it - it's astonishing and amazing.

JImmy was never the same after his ACL, Carr was never the same after he had the low leg injury, dak has never been the same because of all his lower leg injuries. Some guys just never mentally get over it.

with Brock, you'd never even know it.

i think Brock knows he had a golden opportunity to win a chip last year and injuries took that away. He's all in this year to seal the deal, he also seems to really want one for the vets like armstead snd Williams.

I never even heard of this Ruiz guy until his awful take and I hope I never hear of him again. Lol he honestly is probably just saying this outlandish stuff because he knows it'll give him more publicity

gotta say it brings more pub to The Ringer, but it also comes at the cost of invalidating everything done by the Ringer, I don't think it's worth it

he got a new tweet up, BP oriented, of course

Yeah, clearly he's just trolling. But man, how stupid do you have to be to die on this hill just for some subs? He already looks like a fool, and this will be a giant albatross that anyone can bring up whenever he makes a dumbs**t prediction.

He's still acting stupid. Look at his comments. Why does he do this?

Of course, Purdy's demeanor changes once he gets on the football field. Kittle was asked if having the quarterback in the huddle is like going into battle with your little brother. "You know what? If you would have asked me this question a year ago, I would have said, 'Yes,'" Kittle responded. "Now, no, it doesn't. I feel like I'm with a lethal killer in my huddle. ... He's like a lethal killer. He really is. "

Brocky the assassin

Don't try to act like I wasn't the first person here to give him that nickname...

Orlovsky was praising Brock on first take for his performance. Did a complete 180 from his dumbass Mac jones comments. Must have read the backlash lol

Mina Kimes, on the other hand, has been awfully quiet lately regarding Purdy. She usually tweets during prime time games, but had nothing to say this Sunday night. She shares Orlovskys opinion that he's just a product of Kyles system. Probably waiting for Purdy to have a bad game so she say, "aha! see it's all Kyle"

Who is Mina and what football team did she play for?

Careful you might get cancelled like Jeff Garcia.

Lol

shes an "analyst" that ESPN has been pushing. But, more importantly, she's a Shehawks fan and a Purdy/Niner hater.

More importantly than that, she's hot, which is why I watch her.

That backpedaling is reminiscent of a few fans on this forum, trying to talk "realistically" about Brock Purdy, Just owned😂

Orlovsky is a complete and utter tool, Mac Jones wouldn't do the same here that Brock is doing, Mac is horrid IMO, don't get how anyone can say any QB can do what Brock does in our system when Jimmy & Trey failed badly.

The same people talking s**t about Brock because of the weapons around him forget that Mac Jones came from Alabama, and I promise you half of his high esteem among talking heads is because of his draft stock (which was, again, affected by the talent around him at Alabama).

The thing that bothers me about the weapons argument, is no one was saying that with Hurts last year when he was having his MVP caliber season. He had a top defense, Top running game, Top WRs, Great offensive line and TE. No one wasn't giving him the credit he deserved because his roster was one of the best in the NFL. As for even putting Mac in the same sentence with Purdy is on another level of idiocy. And I was very high on Mac during the draft.

Cause the nfl meta is QBs that are athletic and can make flashy plays. Brock is a robot that is so efficient and the whole nfl world can't comprehend that even though that's what Brady has been doing for 2 decades.
