DAMN, Cohn has become a believer, I know he has a bad rep, but I was on his show this summer, he's not that bad, seems like a persona of his, he's really down to earth to talk to 1 on 1.

I don't doubt that I've been saying it for a while but my problem is he intentionally antagonizes players and coaches and comes out with ridiculous takes for clicks
BCB accomplished the impossible by convincing both Cohn and NY that BCB himself is the real deal. Wow.
He looked good coming off the bench against the Dolphins but having the backup come in and put up solid numbers happens a lot in the NFL, however I was sold on Purdy after the Buccaneers and Seahawks TNF game.

Yup that Hollywood play to Kittle is what sold me. Seeing him execute that play was better than anything I've seen in a 9ers QB in the last 20 seasons. I knew right then the 49ers had something special at QB.

Everyone is capable of decency and respect, it's necessary to function in this world, have a job, etc. Its when there is conflict, disagreement or other less than perfect situations that people show their character. That's the real person on display. The situation with Kinlaw is when Cohn showed us who he was.

I would say it was around the time he was shredding Tampa and the crowd was chanting his name along with tears from Papa Purdy

I see no value in getting drawn into spats over analysis that doesn't put Brock on a pedestal.

A big part of who Niner fans are is being ready to embrace what we've been missing for 20+ years since Garcia had himself a career, and the 30 years since Young shook off the Monkey.

We have that QB now, without question, but it's a process not an event.
If Brock hoists a Lombardi the answer will be undeniable. Until then it's all background noise.

it's just kinda funny. I remember Max Kellerman going on about a 10 year run predicting Brady's play was about to fall off a cliff any day now

I know Cohn's neighbors.........they have nothing bad to say about him or his Dad.

It's unfortunate this is what he does with his interactions with the team and social media.

While the improvisation was a massive success to the tune of four scores, Purdy confirmed in an exclusive interview with NBC Sports' Peter King that these throws outside the pocket were not by design.

"They were definitely not by design," Purdy told King. "But you're just playing football, and you feel the push, and you go, and you just make the play".

I am glad to see Brock has changed NY's mind. Now lets go get this #6.
