He's not dink and dunk like Jimmy G. 12 - 0 in games he didn't tear his elbow. 13 - 0 if you include Miami last year. More athletic than Jimmy running around too. The processing pre and post snap is elite. He goes through reads lightning quick. He makes the right decision almost all the time. He gets the ball out quick. The mechanics and accuracy in and outside the pocket are outstanding. The timing and anticipation is elite.

That's what that freak creep wants to say after all of this?

Why do you care? It's just one guy's opinion and he does it because he knows he can push people's buttons and receive more attention that way. Just ignore him and move on with your life.

I guess. I can't believe it. It's just so inaccurate and wildly unfair. He understands nothing about football. He's influencing idiots to believe false things about our Brock_Star too. So I guess it bugs me some.

I might be late to the party, but here's what his name who wont be mentioned wrote on his QB rating from the site that won't be linked. Oh, Purdy is now the 23rd ranked QB, behind the likes of Daniel Jones. f**king hack.

Blah blah blah (snip)

Going into the Dallas game, Purdy ranked 22nd in passing grade, presumably for many of the same reasons I had him at 25th before this week's update. While our methodologies are not at all similar—PFF's grading system is more scientific—the overarching goal is the same: to evaluate a player's performance independent of factors like play-calling, scheme, and surrounding talent; to try to take into account that Shanahan is making Purdy's job easier, as he's done for so many other quarterbacks; to not give him too much credit for throws that go for big gains thanks to Christian McCaffrey; and to still ding him for those dangerous throws that get caught by Brandon Aiyukor knocked away from defenders by George Kittle.

What games is he watching?

CMC has 20 catches at less than 9 yards a pop. His longest reception is 19 yards. He's just making stuff up!

No understanding of football at all. He's making a fool of himself.

He's getting clicks. He knows exactly what he's doing and people need to stop clicking on his crap and spreading what he's saying.

Yeah, people quoting and getting mad at this guy are becoming really grating. He's clearly going the Grant Cohn route of trolling to get clicks. It's 1 guy with takes that even he knows are BS, but he's going to keep doing it til people stop clicking on his articles. So stop doing it.

I want Kyle's scheme to be considered the all time best at this rate....lol.

Agree, Kyle's scheme is a run first offense, and anybody can see how CMC has unlocked Kyle's offense. CMC, Deebo, and Mason are all 5+ yards average per carry. Tough to stop Kyle's passing offense when your RB's are all averaging 5+ yards per carry.

P.S. I think that's the difference between Mike McDaniels offense and Kyle's offense. Kyle just likes to run more than Mike, so speed at the WR position isn't as important to Kyle as is the offensive line's (and WR's) run blocking. Add in the wide zone run to the WCO timing passes and when you have all the right pieces and the QB to run the passing system - it's very hard to stop.

Damn, I didn't realize all five of them are averaging over 5 yards a clip. Crazy difficult to stop. This offense, especially with Brock's anticipation, is essentially unstoppable.

the run game is dominant because of great scheme and great players, the pass game has great scheme and great players - the pass game becomes better when you try to stop the dominant run game. It's a pick your poison but both poisons are crazy. Lol

this might be the most balanced and impactful offense I've ever seen (still early in the season and a lot can happen) but if all variables remain consistent - idk if I've ever seen a team with a dominant run game and equally dominant pass game. Usually one outclasses then other but both benefit.

this offenses only weakness is the right side of the o line and even that's getting better by the week. It's a lot of fun to watch. Brock's decision making and quick decisions are helping the o line out too.

Its fun going back and watching his first live action on an NFL field.

Even then, it felt like he had something brewing.

I was there live. Expected to watch the next great 49ers QB with my father.

And we did! It just wasn't who we thought it would be

P.S. My father made about 100 "Purdy" jokes that night before it was cool to do so. And I was already tired of them lol

I get the f**k em who care sentiment to an extent. Let's face it, public perception matters. It's going to affect his salary and endorsements at some point. Perception can affect probowl appearances, all pros, and God forbid trades. A player with a positive all around image will make more money over the course of their career. So beyond just demanding respect for our guys there is real world consequences for this crap.

It could possibly happen. I will laugh if it does. It will rid us of Ruiz too. Except he will move the goal posts and say he didn't really mean that.

Notice how Brock's feet are calm, not jumpy, while he is in the pocket, as some QB coaches tell QB's to stay on their toes and bounce while going through their progressions. This is something I don't believe I saw him do last year. Brock is very steady. Therefore, one of my cousins, who is a stomp down 49ers fan, calls him
"Brock Steady".

Peyton always tap danced in the pocket, doesnt mean much
