talking heads who are saying this are completely ignorant on how the position is played.... an experienced and skilled NFL QB knows that in the NFL most receivers are not "wide open", but you have to anticipate where the route is being run and if there will be open grass to "throw them open" and make the play... in college that doesn't typically happen, only in the NFL, and you see Brocky doing it last year as a rookie.... in short, this knock on Brocky is really high praise and these fools don't even realize it

It's hard to be Away from the game. I'm sure while he was out he wasn't constantly studying film and other teams in-depth, the game changes so quickly and passes you by. Same thing happened to gruden. He went from ahead of the curve to way behind it in his second stint as raiders coach.

This thread is so much more relaxed and happier. Lol the old threads were just full of infighting and all that. Even when positive stuff was said, it was usually disregarded to reply to a negative post. I'm guilty of it at times too.

he literally leads the nfl in mid to long range passes and accuracy lol. I think he's doing just fine. anyone doubting this dude is doing us a favor, keep that chip on his shoulder nice and heavy and watch him humiliate everyone this year

Right? I thought this same thing. It's a pretty different take then what Shannon Sharpe has been saying recently.
I don't understand why it's only Brock Purdy that having weapons and a good coach is somehow a dig and takes away from his accomplishments. All the anti-Purdy media just skates over that. Because you know, Tua and Mahomes do it all themselves completely with no receivers, tight ends, offensive lines, and coaches.
