Co-signed. If he wins league MVP his next contract will be that much more expensive.

I'm rooting for BP to do as well as he can, not for him to do so so to save us some coin down the road lol, he's already saving us massive coin for his first four years

Yeah, if Brock continues the play, come 2025 he's gonna get PAID, big time, and I have no worry that the 49ers won't pay Brock top tier QB money, but I can envision a scenario where Brock isn't greedy, and takes less, or structures it real team friendly so the team can keep their core together, Purdy is great and all, but he knows he's even better with the talent he has, not saying what Sharpe or Ruiz say, I believe Purdy is elite, and a top 10-15 QB, on the cusp of being a top 5 QB, right there with Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, guys like that. No he isn't Mahomes, but he's damn near close.

My thoughts, he's making like 3.7 or so mil over 4. Compare that to Lance, who was making 34m over 4. Both rook contracts, but wayyy different. So even if we pony fair market value for BP, on 2nd contract, he still will be way behind the curve cuz the pick 262 rook contract was such a bargain. He's essentially giving us the sweetheart deal now. He's insanely paid under his worth, to the point he probably the most underpaid man in the NFL. Every team on earth jealous of our find as it relates to the cap. If we have to pay fair market value on 2nd contract, so be it. If anything he probably deserves a 2nd contract here's a lil extra, for being so shortchanged on the rook deal.

Yep I cant see us shortchanging him if he continues to be as good as he has been.

But what if he's playing so good he doesn't even put himself in those situations? He's shown a little grit in the Dallas playoff game, the raiders game and a couple others. He's also been apart of so many blowouts, but they didn't start as blowouts. The score always starts at 0-0 and he gets us up by double digits early

Joe Montana found himself in plenty of those situations. It's some of those situations that made Joe Montana, Joe Montana.

Sooner or later, it will happen to Brock Purdy.

Also, how clutch was that early 3rd qtr against the Cowboys, after they made it 10-21 with a FG.

I could seriously watch the highlights from this game all day and not get tired of it. So many beautiful plays, beautiful throws.

We will probably look back on this contract as one of the best possible things that can help to building the team, similar to the 4 year 44M deal steph had that made it possible for them to sign KD. I hope brock is making some nice money on endorsements - he deserves it.

Dudes on TV said he's still living with a roommate, lol. How crazy would it be to be Brock Purdy's roommate?

I don't think its weird that he has a roommate at all. lol hes on a rookie scale contract and just doing the same thing he was doing his rookie year. it isn't like hes making starter money. lol his roommate is making more than he is, salary wise. lmao his roommate is Nick Zakelj

Would be really cool though because I'm a football junkie and you know brock would have amazing insight and just be able to share so many cool things that most of us never get the insight on as fans.

lol Zekelj could record him doing stuff that normal young 20 years old and blackmail him to ruin his rep. lmao I'm just playing around but it would be cool. I'm pretty sure he said his girlfriend also roommates with them too. I wonder why the foreign exchange player Gutierrez isn't a roommate anymore.

I'd like to also give Kyle credit for this play design. Usually we have Kittle towards the corner endzone, but this time he had him go towards the middle. I'm sure lots of defenses have seen tape of Kittle going towards the corner endzone for a td, but having Kittle go towards the goal post making him wide open was sexiness. Also side note 89 was also an option had Kittle been covered. It looked like 89 had a step on his man.

Please, Kyle goes through QB's like Bobby Turner goes through RB's. Our new cheap Brock Purdy will be drafted in the 5th round in 2025. Book it!
