So the wildcard Seahawks game is now considered a bad Purdy game? Tons of history revisionist going on in that post

"in terms of completion percentage"

It's all about perception. Herbert and Allen make those big splashy throws and miss a lot of the easier throws. Both are big athletic guys that look good on the field. Brock is smaller and doesn't make as many of those big plays but makes more of the intermediate range throws. Unfortunately those aren't the ones that get shown a lot on highlights and that's what a lot of people see.

An NFL.com piece this morning lamented that Allen and Herbert will dazzle you with big plays but leave you scratching your head with numbskull plays that cost the team.

The mark of a good QB is when they are having a bad game, they can still put their team in a position to win the game at the end. Check BP.

...or maybe not having Dalvin Tomlinson owning the entire IOL would help to get a good grip on the ball and set his feet as in other games. Maybe...just maybe.
We'll see what B-ROCK STEADY PURDY is MADE off after a loss ..

"in terms of completion percentage"

18-30 332 yards 3 TDs 0 INTs

Sounds like a reach

I know what he's made of, I want to see what 4 is made of
here's what you do, at the end of prax, you have everyone go off to the side, then moody gets 1 kick from 41 and if he misses, he's off the team

No… it's not a reach, it's literally a fact those two games were his worst "in terms of completion percentage" as a starter.
Really looking forward to this next game on the road vs. the Vikes...looking to see how Purdy responds after a rough game/loss. I really like how he came back strong and stepped up that last drive this past Sunday.

SHANNY will never allow that because he will never try and tarnish picks like him..

had he not landed Mitchell and traded for CMC, Sermon would still be w/the team..

It's almost like a BITTER SACRIFICE that we lost to the Browns by MISSING a FG.. at least we can keep our heads high knowing that we could have won the game still even on a bad day..

Purdy drove us to the 41 yard-line and to this moment, I still feel that Shanny should have called for another run play..
I believe we still moved the ball on this drive to get into FG range...but in future scenarios I do wonder if Brock should trust Mason on this?

I just feel if McCaffrey was on the field, Brock would have went his way on that look. BUT if CMC was on the field the Browns would have probably played it differently, so maybe something else would have had to give.

Brock Purdy had the worst game of his career and yet still leads the league in QBR, 2nd in passer rating, 2nd in YPA and #1 in TD to INT ratio.

...and put his team in a position to win at the end of the game.

We can only imagine what the national media would be saying had Moody made the kick.
