OK, so you're just intellectually dishonest. Got it.
For that matter, we can go back to when Nick Mullens was having some limited success here. Nobody was talking about how he was a UDFA. People were getting somewhat excited about him initially, thinking he might be the guy.

You are stating an opinion/theory as fact. This has nothing to do with being intellectually dishonest LOL.

Grant Cohn was talking about trading Jimmy and making Mullens the guy.
Phenomenal proof. Oh....and bulls**t. LOL

Have YOU ever seen him play?
Find me a game where Young doesn't get up limping after a run at some point. In that 1994 game @ the Lions I showed you, he was crawling around the Lions' astroturf in agony.
He missed 5+ games in 1991. Was knocked out of the Giants opener in 1992, and the Cardinals game that year as well. Injured his finger in preseason 1993 and missed the entire preseason, and was questionable to play week 1. Missed 5 games in 1995. Only played 7 full games in 1996. Suffered a concussion in the opener of 1997 and missed the next week. Injured his ribs in 1998 and missed a game. Career ending injury early 1999 vs. Arizona.
As for his having a weak arm, take a look at this video:
And that's actually the furthest he had ever thrown it in the contest. 60 yards flat. Favre threw it 74. Listen to Favre making fun of him after, talking about how in a competition years before, he had only managed to throw it 49, and that's being generous.
For comparison purposes, Jeff Garcia threw it 66 when he competed in the thing a few years later.
The point is not to bash Young, but to simply tell you how physically limited Young was, and point out how success at the position is not defined by physical attributes. If you have a strong enough arm to be a starting QB in division 1 college football, you have a strong enough arm to be a starting QB in the NFL. It's intangibles after that.
Stop talking about Brock Purdy's arm strength and his deep ball. Those things are nitpicks that don't matter much.

I like it when BP says, "We will see", means he is going to kick serious ass. He does seem to have lower energy in the video..maybe down on himself? But fk the media and the system qb talk..Brock is the s**t..I hope those kind of questions just help fuel the chip on his shoulder and doesn't get him down. He will come back BIG cause he is BCB. Primetime Purdy coming up..let's goooooooo

Yeah sometimes I don't like the media asking him questions like.."What do you say to the ppl who say you are just a system qb?" Or insert whatever dumb s**t ppl post on social media. Like the guy tries to tune out outside noise..and there is the media..asking qs..I think for drama effect. But yeah, he defo looks down..hopefully, he will just take it all out on the Vikings:). I mean..dude, not BPs fault Moody can't kick a damn fg. This would be a whole different convo...it would be like, "Brock you are still perfect..Brock you helped break the winning streak record.."..not system qb questions. I feel bad for him some..but he was going to lose one eventually..fn Moody lol. Big Comeback Brock...soon....:)

That low-key competitive burn like Montana in 1984 SB week. Media all about the newly anointed great Dan Marino. Joe answering questions not so happy go lucky, but deliberate slow burn. My younger self said f**k Dan Marino, Joe's my hero
