Hes already playing like hes injured. Just a matter of time.

You make it sound like a routine physical.
Could the offense possibly be any worse than It Is right now If Purdy was to replace Jimmy as starting QB?
I think it's inevitable that he's going to see playing time at some point this season, so long as we're in a tailspin.

These next few weeks are going to be rough without tee dub.

If Shanahan is still calling the plays, then yes.
Late round picks have to work harder and be accountable, just look at Brady.

first and second day picks can srew up for years and still have it handed to them. Purdy will get us the sixth ring watch!

Unless he threatens KS & JG, then he will get cut.

Cold Game of politics

As enthusiastic as I am to see him play, I gotta keep my expectations grounded.

The chance of him playing at the same level we've seen with 1s and 2s flying at him is quite unlikely.

It would be a miracle if he hit the ground running with this offense.

Of course that doesn't stop me from wanting to see him play.

This oline doesn't help either.
It's looking grim.
People wanted Mullens over Jimmy on here as well.

Mullens was good in 2018 before he had that stupid Shane Day as QB coach in 2020.

Kyle's choice in QB coaches leaves something to be desired. Let's hope Griese can do something good.

I mean hey. I'm more concerned about Jimmy's disposition than I am the egg he just laid.

You add up his demeanor with not having a camp and the late rehab he wanted just to get out of here, and it might = alot more bad things to come.

The hope is that I'm reading too much into 1 game like alot of us do and the talent we have on offense can be highlighted enough to give defenses some problems.

Deebo can't carry this offense on his back this year though. Teams have adjusted.
Purdy makes Jimmy look like a jittery mess. Jimmy can't read D's. He's useless.
