Brock has made us a true balanced attack. Before, we were run dominant as the QBs we were rolling out were limited. Now, we can threaten in both the run and the pass game.

The West Coast Offense has returned to its rightful home.

I think when coaches talk about being a balanced attack, they are not referring to 50% run plays and 50% pass plays. They are talking about being able to run or pass with equal effectiveness. So when they need to run, they can. When they need to pass, they can.
Kyle has spoken about this, saying that if a team is in a two minute drill situation, of course they're going to pass. After that, they aren't going to call a bunch of run plays just to achieve a 50/50 split in run/pass play calls.

Attempts are a bit misleading anyway. Dropbacks are a better stat to use to determine how often an offense calls a passing play.

Funny you mention that. If you been following the news, OpenAI tried to oust its CEO, and a rumored reason is that they achieved an AI to surpass human intelligence. The timeline may line up around the Dolphins game last year

This. Similar to Matt Ryan IIRC. They were lower in passing attempts as well but highly efficient with those passing attempts. Enough to earn MVP honors which is insane for a more run centric offense. That's like Barry Bonds getting the homerun record when every pitcher is walking his ass and limiting his chances down to the nub.

Deebo is 4th on the team in targets but he did miss the large majority of 3 games. He is also the 2nd best RB on the team.

I think Brock still should lean on Deebo and Kittle when the going gets tough and they need a completion.
