Couldn't agree more. I don't want Brock taking any unnecessary punishment, and we get bigger plays when he extends plays rather than running. I see Purdy's mobility more like Wilson's in his prime. Escapability, extending plays and sliding in the pocket. Hurts was doing some of those things to our D line but was rarely able to find an open receiver even with the extra time. Seems he was looking for like 10 seconds on some plays. Credit to what Wilks has been able to do on the back end of the defense.
