Purdy ran a lot of options plays and designed runs in college. He's more mobile than Trey Lance.

Runs like Lamar Jackson, throws like Drew Brees.
...Kyle Shanahan.

So, man, you want to find Drew Brees who can move like Lamar Jackson.

Brock no slouch when run and juke. We just don't see a lot of it. I wonder if Kyle pull out a qb design run for Brock in the playoffs or....SB

Remember how underrated Alex Smith was. That run for a TD against NO. Brock is like that, except Brock has more wiggle.

I expect the winner of Dak and Hurts to lead the MVP talk after this weekend, considering it's a week-to-week league and they're an east coast bias. Purdy's actual shot to win the award will be Xmas. If he can beat arguably the best defense and top 4 team on national TV right before votes are submitted, he'll get it.

And it still should go to CMC despite my woody for Brock.
Man this guy is gonna die on the Brock isn't good hill

dude has guys like Geno, Carr and two QBs that are STILL in college ranked over Purdy!

it's one thing having conviction in your "analysis" it's another thing to be a stubborn asshat who can't change his "analysis" after the fact. Zero credibility imo.

Man Tyreek Hill is pretty amazing if we're gonna give it to a non-QB.

When is the last time a WR won the award?

Why not the guy that slaughtered both of them head to head? If Purdy also wins decisively over Lamar, and keeps up the stats with maybe even a slight drop, he's got to be the MVP.

Never. It's almost all QBs and RBs except for a few exceptions. Getting over 2000 receiving yards would be a pretty special accomplishment that would warrant consideration though.

Hill has been spectacular. Would have no issue if he got it

I would. Jerry Rice had 22 TD's in 12 games (strike shortened season) in 1987 and still didn't get it.

Yea Hill and CMC should definitely be at the top of the list IMO

Some of you way to sensitive man, who gives a flying f what others think about him. They can continue to talk and Brock will continue to walk the walk.

Seriously. Ragebaiting is a great form of content engagement. The more people obsess over Ruiz and those like him, the better for him professionally and financially. Negative attention is still attention. The more 49ers fans whine about him, the more they elevate his profile.

This and it should be obvious
